| Objective:Through clinical observation,we discussed the clinical efficacy of pressing acupuncture at ear points in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI),and provided clinical research progress for the treatment of patients with PSCI.Method:During the period from 2022.12 to 2022.12,the PSCI patients who met the admission criteria and were admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of acupuncture and moxibustion Hospital of Anhui Province were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with pressing acupuncture at ear points, and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. The Montreal Cognitive Assessment Form(Mo CA)The scores of MMSE and MBI were measured, and then assessed after 4 weeks of treatment, and finally assessed after 8 weeks of treatment.Through the collation and analysis of the intra-group and inter-group data of the two groups, the conclusion is drawn.Result:(1)A total of 57 patients were included, including 28 patients in the treatment group and 29 patients in the control group. There was no significant difference in the basic data of gender, age and course of disease between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)Comparison of Mo CA scores between the two groups: before the first treatment, the Mo CA scores of the two groups were similar, with no significant difference(P>0.05);After 4 weeks of acupuncture treatment, the Mo CA scores of both groups increased to different degrees(P;After 8 weeks of treatment, the Mo CA score of both groups increased(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of MMSE scores between the two groups: There was no significant difference in MMSE scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After 4weeks of treatment, the MMSE scores of both groups were improved to different degrees(PAfter 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of both groups were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of MBI scores between the two groups: The MBI scores of the two groups before the first treatment were similar(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the MBI scores of the patients in the control group did not increase significantly(P>0.05),while the MBI scores of the treatment group increased slightly(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment, the MBI scores of the two groups increased to different degrees(P<0.05),and the MBI scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),It is suggested that the treatment group has a good effect on the recovery of cognitive function.Conclusion:(1)Comparing the Mo CA score,MMSE score and MBI score of PSCI patients in the two groups before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,it was found that pressing acupuncture at ear points and conventional acupuncture can improve the cognitive functions of patients such as memory, voice and thinking.(2)By comparing the Mo CA score,MMSE score and MBI score of PSCI patients between the two groups before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment, the effect of pressing acupuncture on ear points is more prominent, which is a safer and more convenient treatment method. |
