| Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of “acupoints in cognitive rehabilitation group” acupuncture combined with donepezil in the treatment of patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke(kidney essence deficiency syndrome),and to compare and analyze the effect of “acupoints in cognitive rehabilitation group” acupuncture combined with donepezil on cognitive level and living ability of patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke,so as to provide better therapeutic scheme for acupuncture treatment of this disease.Method: Sixty-two patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(acupuncture combined with donepezil hydrochloride)and control group(donepezil hydrochloride)by computer random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.On the basis of secondary prevention drugs and routine rehabilitation training after stroke,the control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride.The initial dose of treatment was 5 mg,once a night,and the dose was changed to 10 mg after 3 days of medication without obvious discomfort.Continuous oral treatment for 4 weeks.The treatment group was treated with “acupoints in cognitive rehabilitation group” acupuncture combined with donepezil.The acupoints in the cognitive rehabilitation group were GV20,EX-HN1,GV24,(both side)BL18and BL23,(both side)K13、GB39、SP6 and ST36.The drug dosage and course of treatment in the treatment group were the same as those in the control group.Rehabilitation training and acupuncture were performed once a day for 6 days a week for a total of 4 weeks.The changes of mini-mental state examination(MMSE)scale,Montreal cognitive assessment(Mo CA)scale,activities of daily living(ADL)scale and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was counted,and the difference between the two groups was compared.Results:1.The total effective rate: in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 90% in Mo CA score,significantly better than 66 % of the control group(P < 0.05).2.MMSE scale: The MMSE scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the MMSE score of the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.Mo CA scale: Mo CA scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and Mo CA scores of the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).4.ADL scale: ADL scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and ADL scores of the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).5.TCM syndrome score: After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both “acupoints in cognitive rehabilitation group” acupuncture combined with donepezil and donepezil alone in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after stroke have obvious clinical curative effect,and the former clinical curative effect is more advantageous than single western medicine treatment.2.“Acupoints in cognitive rehabilitation group” acupuncture has obvious therapeutic advantages in improving kidney essence deficiency syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious therapeutic advantages.3.The treatment of “acupoints in cognitive rehabilitation group” acupuncture combined with donepezil in improving cognitive ability and daily living ability of patients,which can help patients improve their cognitive level and return to family life as soon as possible. |
