| purpose:This study will investigate the clinical effects of Shugan Xiaopi Anshen decoction on patients with functional dyspepsia(FD),as well as its effects on clinical symptoms,psychological status and assessment of the FD quality of life scale,in order to provide clinical support for the efficacy and safety of Shugan Xiaopi Anshen decoction.Method:According to the inclusion criteria of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency type FD,60 patients were selected for the study and randomly divided into treatment and control groups,with 30 cases in each group.The clinical control group was treated with compound digestive enzyme 1 tablet tid+domperidone 10 mg tid,and the treatment group was treated with Shusgan Xiaopi Anshen decoction on the basis of the control group.The total course of treatment was 4 weeks.Single TCM symptom score,total TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficacy,mental anxiety state score,FD quality of life scale score,and blood routine,urine routine and other safety indicators were monitored before and after treatment.SPSS 26.0 software was used to collate and analyze the above data to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shusgan Xiaopi Anshen decoction.Bear Fruit:(1)Comparison of general data:comparison of general data:age,gender and duration of disease(p>0.05)can be compared.(2)Comparison of the efficacy of Chinese medical evidence: after treatment,the total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 76.66% in the control group,the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05).(3)Comparison of total TCM syndrome scores: there was no statistically significant comparison between the two groups(p>0.05),which could be compared;after treatment,the total score decreased in both groups compared to the intervention group(p<0.01);after treatment,the treatment group showed more improvement in symptoms than the control group(p<0.01).(4)Comparison of individual TCM symptoms:before treatment(p>0.05);after treatment(p<0.05,or p<0.01);after treatment,the treatment group showed better difference in distress or pain,pain or swelling,fatigue,fatigue,than the control group(p<0.05,or p<0.01),and no difference in loose stools and sighing(p>0.05).(5)Comparison of mental anxiety status scores:the difference before treatment was not statistically significant(p>0.05),which can be compared;before and after treatment,both groups were decreased(p<0.05 or p<0.01);the treatment groups showed more effective results in improving anxiety status(p<0.05);(6)Comparison of FD quality of survival scale scores:the difference between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(p>0.05),which could be compared;FD quality of survival scores improved before and after treatment(p<0.05 or p<0.01);in group comparison after treatment,the treatment group was better in improving FD quality of survival score and improving FD quality of life(p<0.05);(7)Safety indicators: Comparison of basic vital signs,blood,urine,stool,liver and kidney function,ECG and other safety indicators before and after treatment between the two groups,with no significant adverse events.Conclusion:Compared with pure western medicine group,Shugan Xiaopi Anshen decoction combined western medicine group can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of FD patients,FD quality of survival and anxiety than western medicine control group better curative effect,has certain clinical value,less side effects,relatively safe,worthy of clinical use. |
