| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Xiaopi Decoction on functional dyspepsia with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,and its effect on serum calcitonin-related peptide(Calcitonin gene related peptide,CGRP)levels.Methods: Seventy patients with spleen-deficiency stagnation type FD were divided into two groups: treatment and control group.They were given Jianpi Xiaopi Recipe and domperidone respectively.The course of treatment was four weeks.After the treatment,the total effect of the two groups after treatment was observed.Before and after treatment,the symptoms of TCM syndromes and the total scores of TCM syndromes,the improvement of mental and psychological status of the two groups before and after treatment,the recurrence of clinical symptoms,and the changes of serum CGRP levels before and after treatment.RESULTS:(1)The overall efficacy of the two groups was compared: the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 85.71% and 54.89%.After the chi-square test,the total efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05,with statistics.significance.(2)Comparison of various symptom scores of TCM before and after treatment:(1)Before the treatment,the scores of TCM in the two groups were P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant and comparable.(2)The comparison of epigastric pain or distension pain and symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment showed that P<0.05,indicating that the main symptoms of patients in the two groups improved significantly after treatment,with significant curative effect,and the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with better curative effect compared with the control group,with statistical significance.(3)Before and after treatment,the belching symptoms of the two groups were scored(P<0.05),and the belching symptoms of the two groups were also alleviated.The treatment group was superior to the control group.(4)The symptoms of fatigue and stool in the treatment group were compared before and aftertreatment(P<0.05).In the control group,P>0.05 was used to compare the scores of fatigue and stool symptoms.In the treatment group,the symptoms of belching and loose stools were alleviated,while in the control group,there was no significant change.(3)Comparison of total scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment:The total scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups before treatment were P>0.05,which was not statistically significant and comparable.After treatment,the total scores of the two groups decreased,the curative effect was significant,and the treatment group was better,P<0.05.(4)Comparison of mental state of patients before and after treatment:(1)The scores of SAS and SDS before treatment in both groups were greater than 0.05,which was not statistically significant and comparable.(2)The symptoms of SAS and SDS decreased after treatment in both groups,P<0.05,which was statistically significant,and the treatment group was better.(5)Recurrence of clinical symptoms: After the end of the study,49 patients were followed up by telephone.The number of recurrences was 6 patients,of whom there were no serious recurrences,2 patients usually relapsed,4 patients had mild recurrence,and the recurrence rate was 12.24%.(6)Serum CGRP levels before and after treatment: There was no significant difference in serum CGRP levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the CGRP levels in the two groups decreased,and the treatment group decreased significantly,P value was less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Jianpi Xiaoyu Recipe can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms of patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,relieve mental state such as anxiety and depression,reduce the clinical recurrence rate of patients,reduce serum CGRP level,and relieve patients.The pain is clinically worth promoting. |
