The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Huazheng Decoction In Treating Adenomyosis-Caused Dysmenorrhea With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objectives In this study,Huazheng Decoction was used to treat adenomyosis-caused dysmenorrhea with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.The changes of dysmenorrhea symptom score,TCM syndrome score,visual analog scale,uterine volume,uterine artery blood flow resistance index and serum cancer antigen 125 were observed to explore its efficacy and safety,and to explore the related mechanism,so as to lay a foundation for clinical treatment.MethodsSixty subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.30 subjects in the observation group were treated with Huazheng decoction and 30 subjects in the control group were treated with Sanjie analgesic capsule.After 3 courses of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,uterine volume,VAS score,CA125 value,uterine artery blood flow resistance index and dysmenorrhea symptom scores of the two groups were observed and compared.Results1.Dysmenorrhea symptom score: VAS score and dysmenorrhea symptom score of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group in relieving dysmenorrhea symptoms(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome score and curative effect: the effective rate of TCM syndrome was 90%in the observation group and 73% in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.01).3.Uterine volume: there was no significant change in uterine volume between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).4.Uterine artery blood flow resistance index: The resistance index of the observation group and the control group decreased after treatment(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).5.CA125 value: The value of CA125 in both the observation group and the control group decreased after treatment,and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).6.Comprehensive curative effect: The effective rate of comprehensive curative effect was 76.67% in the observation group and 60% in the control group,and the comprehensive curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions1.The clinical effect of Huazheng Decoction on AM dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis is superior to Sanjie Analgesic Capsule.2.Huazheng Decoction and Sanjie Analgesic Capsule can both reduce VAS score,TCM syndrome score and dysmenorrhea symptom score of AM dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis,and Huazheng Decoction has better efficacy,especially in improving pain or tingling of lower abdomen,blood clots and menstrual color.3.Huazheng Decoction and Sanjie Analgesic Capsule can both reduce the value of RI and serum CA125,and Huazheng Decoction has better curative effect.Huazheng Decoction and Sanjie Analgesic Capsule had no obvious effect on improving the size of uterus.4.During this clinical study,there were no adverse reactions when taking Huazheng Decoction,and no obvious abnormalities were found in related clinical safety indicators,indicating that the drug was safe and worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
