Clinical Efficacy Of Self-designed Xiaotong Huoxue Prescription In The Treatment Of Dysmenorrhea Of Adenomyosis With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Purpose:By observing and comparing the difference of efficacy between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the proprietary Chinese medicine group,this study explored the clinical efficacy of self-designed xiaotong huoxue prescription,and provided clinical basis for the future treatment of ADS.Method:The control group was treated with sanjie analgesia capsule orally,and the observation group was treated with self-made prescription for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.The experimental data were obtained for statistical analysis,and the differences in uterine volume,related pain score,TCM syndrome score,efficacy evaluation,and serum CA125 value were compared before and after treatment and between the two groups,and the data were discussed and summarized.Results:1.Evaluation of dysmenorrhea effect after medication:the control group showed obvious effect of 16.7%,effective effect of 66.7%,ineffective effect of 16.7%;In the TCM group,the effective rate was 33.3%,the effective rate was 63.3%,and the ineffective rate was 3.33%.The result shows that xiaotong huoxue prescription has obvious effect on alleviating patients’ pain,and the effect is better than sanjie zhitong capsule2.There were statistically significant differences in RSS frequency and degree between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and statistically significant differences in symptom frequency between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),but no statistically significant differences in degree change(P>0.05).Xiaotong huoxue prescription can reduce the occurrence frequency of various concomitant symptoms in ADS patients,and its effect is stronger than that of sanjie analgesic capsule.Xiaotong huoxue prescription and sanjie zhitong capsule are effective in improving the degree of pain.3.Before the treatment,the uterine size of the two groups was comparable(P>0.05);after the treatment,there was no significant difference in the uterine size of the proprietary Chinese medicine group(P>0.05),while the uterine size of the traditional Chinese medicine group decreased(P<0.05).The treatment difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Before treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05),and after treatment,the scores of the two groups were statistically different from each other(P<0.05).Efficacy evaluation:the apparent efficiency of the control group was 26.7%,the effective rate was 40.0%,the ineffective rate was 33.3%,the total effective rate was 66.7%,the treatment group was 50.0%,the effective rate was 36.7%,the ineffective rate was 13.3%,the total effective rate was 86.7%,the comparison between the two groups was effective(P<0.05).Relieving pain and activating blood can effectively improve the patient’s self-conscious symptoms,and the effect is better than proprietary Chinese medicine.5.The serum CA125 values of the two groups before treatment were comparable(P>0.05),and the CA125 values of the two groups were statistically different after treatment(P<0.05).CA125 can be reduced by relieving pain and activating blood,and it is better than the Chinese patent medicine group.Conclusion:Xiaotong huoxue prescription can relieve patients’ menstrual pain,reduce uterine volume,reduce the CA125 value,reduce the incidence of associated symptoms,relieve its degree,and improve the TCM syndrome.
