Research On Data Mining Of National Famous Tcm Hu Guojun’s Experience In The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Chronic Cough And Asthma

Objective:To excavate and summarize Hu Guojun’s experience in the treatment of chronic cough and asthma.Methods:A total of 156 patients diagnosed and treated by Guojun Hu who met the inclusion criteria of this study were collected from September 2012 to September 2022,with a total of 368 visits.With the help of data mining software for statistical analysis of indicators,combined with Hu Guojun’s own clinical thought,the mining results were analyzed.Results:1.Frequency analysis: The syndrome types of chronic cough and asthma were mainly "phlegm-heat syndrome of lung" and its compound syndrome.The main drugs were heat-clearing drugs,phlegm-reducing drugs and vacuum-reinforcing drugs.Traditional Chinese medicine mainly consists of draizi,draihuang nemorosa,schisandra,scutellaria scutellarii,cicada slua,rigidworm and drillion;2.Association rules: ephedra and Draba nemorosa combined with other traditional Chinese medicine are the most.3.Cluster analysis: chronic cough and asthma cases cluster group 4 groups;Case cluster group of chronic cough asthmatic disease with phlegm-heat accumulation of lung: 6 groups;4.To excavate a core prescription for chronic cough and asthmatic disease of phlegm-heat accumulation lung type.Conclusions:1.Hu Guojun’s diagnosis and treatment of chronic cough and asthma mainly started from two aspects: primary deficiency and standard reality.2.Hu Guojun believed that the syndrome of phlegm-heat accumulation of lung was the basic syndrome type of chronic cough asthmatic disease.Heat damage Yin for a long time,and Qi Yin deficiency syndrome;Wind phlegm fighting,nostalgia lung system,for the syndrome of wind phlegm love lung;Or chronic blood stasis,or injury to the lung and kidney,phlegm-stasis interjunction syndrome,lung and kidney deficiency syndrome;3.Hu Guojun treated chronic cough asthmatic disease by using deficiency tonic medicine,phlegm-reducing medicine and heat-clearing medicine,which proved that the disease was based on positive deficiency,reflecting the key role of phlegm in the pathogenesis.4.Hu Guojun likes to treat chronic cough and asthma with ephedra,which is compatible with both cold and heat.Draba nemorosa,scutellaria;Cold and deer horn cream,ripe Rehmannia match;Pinellia pinellia,asarum asarum are used to isothermal cold phlegm,drink evil;Sichuan Fritillary mother and Coix seed to clear heat and phlegm,benefit water;5.Hu Guojun is good at treating chronic cough and asthma with insect drugs such as rigidworm,cicada slough and ground dragon.
