Research On The Literature Mining And Collation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Period Of The Republic Of China

Objective:This article summarizes and screens the internal prescription drugs in the rheumatic medical books during the Republic of China,and use related software for data analysis.We analyze and summarize the medication rules for the treatment of rheumatic diseases and the diagnosis and treatment ideas of doctors,and provide certain references for clinical treatment of diseases.Methods:This paper summarized and screened the literature through literature retrieval,reading and other methods combined with prescription science,traditional Chinese medicine and other multidisciplinary contents.With the help of Excel,IBM SPSS Statistics and IBM SPSS Modeler software,we processed and analyzed the data from prescription dosage form,drug flavor and compatibility.Results:During the Republican of China,the treatment of rheumatism was widely and rich,and the treatment methods were flexible and diverse.Its doctors are mostly distributed in the region: Menghe,Shanghai,Beijing,Zhejing,and Xin’an.Through data statistics and analysis,we obtained a total of 172 prescriptions,including 177 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,and the total frequency of drug application was 1283 times.During this period,there were many ways to take internal prescriptions to treat rheumatism,but decoctions were commonly used.The medication is mostly used to replenish deficiency drugs,anti-epidemiological drugs,antipyretic drugs,rheumatic drugs,and blood circulation and stasis removal drugs.The main taste of the medicine is spicy and warm,and the second use is sweet,bitter,flat and cold,and the drug enters the spleen,liver and lung meridians.High-frequency medicines include licorice,parsnip,angelica,ginger,white peony,chuanxiong,qianghuo,fuling,baizhu,aconite,ox knee,cinnamon.Ginger and jujube are commonly used in the combination of medicine;licorice and ephedra;licorice and dates;ox knee and eucommia;windproof,qiang and licorice;angelica,chuanxiong and licorice,etc.Conclusion:Most of the internal prescription drugs used by doctors in the Republic of China to treat rheumatic diseases have the characteristics of ingenious medication.When treating rheumatism,doctors pay attention to supporting the right and dispelling evil spirits and strengthening the spleen soil;Use more solutions to disperse evil qi and harmonize the blood of camp guards;Pay attention to nourishing blood and activating blood circulation,dispelling wind,dehumidification and pain relief.The medication mix is flexible.The exploration and application of Chinese and Western compound medicine reflects the characteristics of medical practitioners who follow traditional principles in the diagnosis and treatment of disease processes,but are unique and inclusive.The above content has certain reference significance for the internal treatment of rheumatism in modern Chinese medicine.
