Modern Literature Research On TCM Syndrome Elements In Children With Enuresis Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective: To provide help in the syndromic diagnosis of this disease by studying the pattern of TCM elements combination in pediatric enuresis.Methods: A combination of computer search and manual search was used to query the relevant literature on pediatric enuresis published in Wanfang database,Chinese knowledge net,and Weipu databases from January 1991 to January 2021,the eligible literature was summarized and collated,the syndromes and syndromes were extracted,and SPSS 19 software was used for frequency analysis and clustering analysis.Results:1.A total of 89 eligible literatures were included by screening literatures.2.A total of 18 syndrome elements were extracted from the included literatures,and there were 8 disease locus syndrome elements,in that order,kidney,spleen,lung,heart,brain,liver,governor vessel,lower jiao;the etiological pathogenic syndrome elements were 10,in that order,qi deficiency,yang deficiency,yin cold,internal fire,yin deficiency,qi yu,qi closing,dampness heat,qi stagnation and blood stasis.When analyzed by frequency,the proportions of the kidney,spleen,and lung components in the disease locus were more than 15%,and the ratio of the three components added up to 92.7%,whereas the proportions of the qi and yang deficiencies in the etiologic disease locus were more than 20%,and the ratio of the two components was 75.6%.3.The pattern of combined forms of syndromes: through research analysis,it is concluded that the combined forms of syndromes are totally divided into 4 major classes,including 6 minor classes.Among the four major categories,two syndrome combination forms(2 etiological pathogenic syndrome elements combined,single disease locus syndrome + single etiological pathogenic syndrome elements combined),three syndrome combination forms(2 disease locus syndrome + single etiological pathogenic syndrome elements combined,single disease locus syndrome + 2 etiological pathogenic syndrome elements combined),and four syndrome combination forms(2 disease locus syndrome + 2 etiological pathogenic syndrome elements combined)constituted an equal ratio greater than 20.0%,and no single syndrome combination form(single disease locus syndrome / etiological pathogenic syndrome elements combination).6 in the subcategories,the highest combined form of single disease locus syndrome + single etiological pathogenic syndrome elements was 41.5%,while the combined form of 2 disease locus syndrome + single etiological pathogenic syndrome elements,single disease locus+ 2 etiological pathogenic syndrome elements,combined form of 2 disease locus +2 etiological pathogenic syndrome elements combination were all over 10.0%,with no single disease locus syndrome / etiological pathogenic syndrome elements combination form,2 etiological pathogenic syndrome elements combination forms.Among them,the constituent ratios in the combined form of single disease locus syndrome + single etiological pathogenic syndrome elements were as follows: kidney + qi deficiency: 87.1%,kidney + yang deficiency: 6.9%,liver +dampness heat: 3.4%,spleen + qi deficiency: 2.3%,lower jiao + blood stasis:0.3%.4.Clustering analysis of syndrome: by clustering analysis,there are mainly three main categories of the combination rules of syndrome presented by pediatric enuresis,and the results are as follows:(1)the first major category is diseased syndrome element kidney,and the etiology diseased syndrome element yang deficiency and yin cold.(2)The second major category consists of the disease locus syndrome spleen,and the etiologic disease locus is qi deficiency.(3)The third major category can be subdivided into four minor categories:(1)disease locus syndrome suffering from lung,brain,and governor vessel,and the etiological pathogenic syndrome suffering from qi closing,qi yu,and qi stagnation,(2)disease locus syndrome suffering from lower jiao,and the etiological syndrome suffering from blood stasis,(3)disease locus syndrome suffering from heart,the etiological syndrome suffering from yin deficiency,and internal fire,and(4)disease locus suffering from liver,and the etiological syndrome suffering from dampness heat.5.Distribution law of syndrome types: by searching the literature,a total of 17 syndrome types were proposed and removed,and by frequency analysis,among them,five syndrome type composition ratios were all above 5.0%,which were respectively kidney qi deficiency: 36.2%,lung and spleen qi deficiency: 15.9%,spleen and kidney two deficiency: 15.5%,lower yuan deficiency cold: 12.4%,heart and kidney disharmony: 5.5%,and the above five syndrome composition ratios were up to 85.5% in total,which were common syndrome types.The remaining syndromic forms are kidney yang deficiency: 2.9%,lung yu and brain closure: 1.9%,spleen and kidney qi deficiency: 1.9%,liver meridian dampness and heat: 1.4%,lung and kidney qi deficiency: 1.2%,spleen deficiency and deficiency of qi: 1.0%,kidney deficiency and lung solid: 0.8%,spleen and kidney yang deficiency: 0.8%,lung depression and stagnation: 0.8%,lung yu and huowang:0.8%,qi deficiency and lung depression: 0.8%,and lower Jiao and blood stasis:0.1%.Conclusion:1.The common disease locus syndrome elements of enuresis in children are kidney,spleen,and lung,and the common etiological pathogenic syndrome elements of the syndrome are qi deficiency and yang deficiency;2.The common syndrome types of enuresis in children are kidney qi deficiency,lung and spleen qi deficiency,spleen and kidney two deficiency,lower yuan deficiency cold,and heart and kidney disharmony;3.The common syndrome combination type of pediatric enuresis was single disease locus syndrome + single etiological pathogenic syndrome elements combination,followed by 2 disease locus syndrome + 2 etiological pathogenic syndrome elements combination.
