Medical space directly serves the public.The efficiency of medical science popularization information dissemination directly affects the communication efficiency and the feeling of patients and their families.Dermatology medical information design aims to make medical barriers and complicated information general,enhance the audience’s interest in actively understanding health knowledge and reduce the information gap between doctors and patients.Medical popular science information design cannot be separated from the audience’s psychological phenomenon,the occurrence and development law of psychological activities in communication activities.On the basis of following the information design framework,this design explores the dialogue,creation and interpretation relationship among information,disseminator and audience in popular science design.Taking the information content of communication psychology and audience as the starting point,this design further explores the communication strategies that affect the change of audience attitude by using attention filtering,sensory threshold,cognitive understanding and associative memory model.Through more than ten field investigations in the Department of Dermatology of two large-scale third-class general hospitals,using the methods of observation and questionnaire,this paper analyzes the visual communication problems of medical science popularization information and the psychological state of the public in dermatology,and summarizes the communication factors of medical science popularization information in dermatology in the field of comprehensive communication.In the design practice,firstly,the popular science information of Dermatology medicine is designed and optimized,and the popular science content is layered into the basic principle of popular science and typical disease popular science.Then,the deep structure is organized by the information architecture system,the role design activates the audience’s attention,the symbol analysis reduces the cognitive difficulty,the theme metaphor builds the associative meaning,and the information scene guides the audience’s visual attention.The final design ontology is 5 popular science articles on basic principles of skin and 3 popular science articles on typical skin diseases,covering seven kinds of pathogenic bacteria of skin,three-layer distribution structure,common skin symptoms in four stages of life,two external causes affecting skin health and predictive knowledge of three typical skin diseases.Through the comparison of the information map before and after the design,the overall evaluation score of the satisfaction of the dermatology medical popular science information design was increased from 2.4961 to 4.0535,among which the key indicators such as "usefulness" and "interest" were significantly improved.At present,the design project has been contacted with the skin Department of the local top three hospital and planned to be implemented.In terms of communication and application,this study not only integrates the information transmission and reception of traditional medical space at the non digital level,but also tries to build a dynamic pre diagnosis information platform of Dermatology,save doctor-patient communication time and improve diagnosis and treatment efficiency through three steps:basic information,symptom query and disease Science Popularization,so as to promote new media interactive media and feedback channels for dermatology science science popularization information.
