Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Government Procurement Of Medical Devices In F Public Hospitals

Public hospitals with public welfare led by the government are pioneers in protecting people’s health and reducing diseases.At present,the development of modern medicine is inseparable from medical devices,medical devices also promote the efficient development of modern medical treatment,to some extent,the quality of a hospital’s medical equipment also reflects the comprehensive medical strength of the hospital.In this context,the procurement of medical devices in public hospitals is crucial,which is related to the health of the general public.The particularity of public hospitals in their "public" hospitals,its medical device procurement funds not only come from their own medical service income,but also a considerable part of them come from government appropriations,and even some public hospitals are fully funded by the government,so the procurement of medical devices in public hospitals is also included in the scope of government procurement.Through questionnaires and interviews,combined with my many years of working experience in the material and equipment department of public hospitals,this paper analyzes and discusses the current situation of government procurement of medical devices in f public hospitals,combs and summarizes the problems of insufficient human resources,large budget planning error and high procurement price in government procurement of medical devices in f public hospitals.The reasons for these problems are that the construction of medical device government procurement talent team in f public hospital is not perfect,it is expected to be difficult to formulate,and the information of medical device government procurement is not equal.In view of these problems,this paper effectively puts forward the improvement countermeasures of strengthening the capacity-building of procurement team,scientifically formulating the annual plan of medical device government procurement,accelerating the information construction and establishing the medical device government procurement supplier system in the management of medical device government procurement.Promote the good development of government procurement of medical devices and promote the innovation and progress of public hospitals.
