Construction And Empirical Study On Service Satisfaction Evaluation Model Of Integrated Health And Social Care Institutions

Integrated health and social care provides new ideas for coping with the increasingly prominent contradiction between the shortage of medical and elderly resources and the surge in demand for medical and elderly services.As the primary provider of multiple services,medical and elderly care institutions still have various problems at this stage.The overall satisfaction of the service The level needs to be improved.How to accurately evaluate the elderly’s satisfaction with medical care services and provide them with comfortable and satisfactory medical care services has become a hot and challenging point in elderly care service research.To build a service satisfaction evaluation model for medical and elderly care institutions,this paper takes "Literature Review,Model Construction,Empirical Analysis,and Path Thinking" as the primary research line from the perspective of institutional residents.The theoretical model includes seven latent variables: household expectations,perceived service quality,overall satisfaction,perceived value,household trust,and household complaints.Based on the six latent variables,this paper designs and distributes the scale puts forward the hypothesis of the relationship between the variables and uses SEM to verify the path relationship between the variables in the model.The study found that perceived quality and value had a significant positive impact on service satisfaction.The perception of nursing service in perceived quality had the most substantial impact on service satisfaction.The perception of entertainment comfort in perceived quality had the most significant effect on service satisfaction.The influence is the weakest;the service satisfaction evaluation model of integrated medical and elderly care institutions with household expectations,perception of life care services,perception of recreational and consolation services,perceived value,overall satisfaction,household complaints,and household trust as structural variables has a reasonable degree of adaptation.Service satisfaction is an essential indicator for evaluating service quality and performance.Discuss the satisfaction of medical and elderly care services under the mode of integrated health and social care services,which is related to the welfare and rights of the elderly and meets the actual needs of the current Chinese population aging society.The high-quality development of medical and elderly care services is of great practical significance.
