National Health Service and Family Planning Commission of the People 's Republic of China in order to relieve the relationship between doctors and patients and solve the problem of difficulty and high cost of getting medical practically. Since the beginning of 2015, National Health Systems developed the plan of further improved the action of the medical service furtherlly to satisfy the patients and the society. In 2016, with opening the policy of the second baby,meeting babyboom period. From coast to coast, there's a jump of the quantity of pregnant women. The Dalian Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital as the only one large-scale maternal and child health hospital, ushered in a huge opportunity and challenge.Now there are many hospitals which for gynaecology and obstetrics are growing up.so it brings the pressure of competition to the hospital. The administration of the hospital should promote the patients' satisfaction to inrestigate and study. To evaluate the level of service management of the hospital,so as to make the best use of advantages and bypass the disadvantages. Encouraging to improve the quantity of medical service continually and make the hospital remains invincible in the rat race.In this article,we will use the combinarion of research and exploration,from the point of view of the patients' satisfaction to research the administrative situation of Dalian Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital.First of all, based on understanding the patients ' satisfaction of internal home. We can use the institution for the evaluation of the thirdparty to research the patients ' satisfaction of the hospital.Secondly, towards the index of the patients 'satisfaction including the service procedure, the service of medical personnel, the quality and procedures of medical, the service of the assistant section office, the rear-service endurance section, tariff level and uncorrupted practise medicine to analyze. At the same time we grasp the primal problem to develop the depth interview. According to investigations and interviews we find the patients have lower degree about satisfaction of the logistical support organization. In contrast, they have higer degree about the satisfaction of the medical quality and medical processes. That means the hospital can be approved by providing medical security. It is relative to the limitations which lies in the short of logical support. Now in the rear-service ensurance the limitations of the space of see a doctor has been a factor that restricts the development of the hospital. On the other side, the information between the doctor and the patients is asymmetrical. The management mode and the clinical training are limited. The service theory is old fashioned. It is short of the support about the policy of benefiting people.that is the reason which reflect the patients' satisfaction.At last, we use the theory of the fine-grained management and combine to the advanced experience at home and abroad which raise attach importance to the public opinion. And also instructing and publizing correctly. Increase investment in medical services and supervision of fine management,and also we build the suitable humanistic environment of medical treatment, pay attention to the public libraries and the policy support and the suggestion of the competent department of the government.
