With the continuous progress of science and technology level and common improvement of people’s living standards,combined with the background of epidemic treatment support of the government of grassroots medical institutions,make the growing development,comprehensive clinic established comprehensive clinic number have sprung up rapidly increasing,the survival and development of comprehensive clinic is facing great challenges,want to such run environment,continue to provide high quality medical services for the people,a set of efficient and sound performance evaluation index system for successful management,steady operation is particularly important.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the LY comprehensive outpatient department performance appraisal index system as the research object.first,Read the excellent literature at home and abroad,To find out the relevant research and design schemes of the performance appraisal index system of primary medical institutions,Organize and summarize the theoretical basis and design ideas related to the performance appraisal indicators,To provide scientific demonstration for the design of the subsequent performance appraisal index system;next,Find out the problems existing in the performance appraisal index system of LY comprehensive outpatient Department and study and analyze the problems;Find out where the problem;once more,Based on the research method of balanced scoring method,to develop a set of complete and effective performance appraisal index system suitable for LY comprehensive outpatient department;last,After the establishment of the new performance appraisal index system,the corresponding salary system standards should be established,And establish a complete guarantee system to ensure the smooth operation of the new performance appraisal index system.This paper hopes that through the study of the performance appraisal index system of LY comprehensive outpatient department,develop a set of complete performance appraisal index system suitable for the outpatient department,so that the outpatient department can develop steadily,make the staff positive,let the people treat diseases,and at the same time set an example and reference to the majority of primary medical institutions.
