| Huang Yuanyu,a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty,inherited the "four sages" and played an important role in the theory and clinical application of the "correlation between liver and spleen".This paper mainly takes Huang’s medical works as the main research object,consults relevant literature and extensively collects the research results of Huang’s theory of "liver and spleen correlation".Through literature research and theoretical analysis,it systematically summarizes and discusses Huang’s academic thought of "liver and spleen correlation",explores the academic value of his theory,and expands the research of Huang’s medical theory.Enrich and improve the contents of liver and spleen theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide theoretical guidance for the treatment of liver and spleen diseases and internal injuries.This paper is divided into five parts:(1)Introduction to Huang Yuanyu’s life;(2)Huang Yuanyu’s main academic views;(3)Huang Yuanyu’s theory of liver and spleen;(4)Clinical application of Huang Yuanyu’s theories on liver and spleen;(5)Research conclusions.Through the collation and research of relevant literature,it is found that Huang Yuanyu has a rigorous attitude towards learning,and is well versed in Neijing,Typhoid Fever and Jinguiji.Combining with his clinical practice,Huang Yuanyu has made many incisely elaborated on the theory of "liver and spleen correlation" with unique insights and put forward many novel viewpoints,which are conducive to guiding clinical practice.Through the research on Huang Yuanyu’s theory of "correlation between liver and spleen",it is found that:(1)Huang believed that the physiological relationship between liver and spleen was mainly reflected in the clear rise of Qi and Yang qi of the two zang organs,as well as the temperature rise of blood.(2)Huang believed that the pathological manifestations between liver and spleen were mainly caused by dampness trapping the spleen soil,obstructing the temper,and involving the liver qi’s inability to rise,so that the liver qi stagnated or even collapsed,leading to qi depression,blood stasis,Yang deficiency,essence disease,god disease,menstrual disease,etc.(3)Huang’s clinical syndrome pays particular attention to the smooth rise of qi between the liver and the spleen.For example,when explaining the disease of the spleen and stomach system--diarrhea,it is believed that the occurrence of this disease lies in the depression of the liver and temper.In treatment,it mainly focuses on warming the kidney and spleen,raising the liver and soothing the liver.(4)Huang’s clinical experience is quite abundant,and many creative ideas,especially from the liver and spleen viscera treatment of internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases as its characteristics.For example,when explaining the disease of liver and biliary system--stroke,the left withered person’s disease is in the liver and spleen,which belongs to blood,the right withered person’s disease is in the lung and stomach,which belongs to the qi.According to the different clinical manifestations of patients,it is divided and treated.The method of raising the liver and spleen on the left and lowering the lung and stomach on the right is proposed,which lays the foundation for the treatment of this disease by doctors for later generations.(5)Huang Shi learned from Zhong Jing in clinical syndrome.He paid special attention to the rise and fall of middle-earth Qi and Yang Qi.He liked to use licorice,poria coia,ginseng,cassia branch and other medicines to cultivate soil and make Yang qi more moist.Huang Yuanyu emphasizes the importance of "correlation between liver and spleen" in human life activities,and focuses on restoring the functions of liver and spleen in the treatment of many diseases in clinical practice.Huang’s theory of "liver and spleen correlation" not only greatly expands the content of TCM theory of liver and spleen,but also provides valuable experience for later doctors to diagnose and treat diseases,which has important research value. |
