Research On Acadamic Ideology Of The Book "Treatise On Cold Pathogenic And Miscellaneous Diseases" By Huang Yuanyu And Its Application In Heart Disease Treatment

Objective:Through a comprehensive and systematic literature research, the essay summarizes the academic thought and characteristics of "Treatise on Febrile and miscellaneous diseases" written by the Qing Dynasty famous doctor Huang Yuanyu, explores its application of Guiding heart disease treatment, improves the understanding in its medicine theory as well as in "Treatise on Febrile and miscellaneous diseases", so that it can be better applied to clinical application and then benefits the patients. The essay opens up a new study on the ideas for the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of heart disease.Methods:Consulting all of Huang Yuanyu books and other related ancient literature, carefully reading of the "Shanghan Xuanjie" "Shanghan Shuoyi" "Jingui Xuanjie" "Changsha Yaojie" "Sisheng Xinyuan", extensive reading of modern literature on Huang Yuanyu or Zhang Zhongj ing’s academic research, analyzing and epurating Huang Yuanyu’s "Treatise on Febrile and miscellaneous diseases" academic, comparing the similarities and differences between his thought and other doctors, summarizing the academic characteristics of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and "synopsis of the Golden Chamber", and exploring its application in guiding heart disease treatment.Content:The first part introduces the academic thoughts research on Huang Yuanyu’s "Treatise on Febrile and miscellaneous diseases", including Huang’s understanding of "the treatise on Febrile Diseases", which featured academic typhoid, and his "synopsis of prescriptions of the Golden Chamber" of the general knowledge and characteristics and so on. The second part discusses the clinical application of the theory from Huang Yuanyu "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and "Golden Chamber" in the treatment of heart disease.Conclusion:Huang Yuanyu revered ancient books with a high respect, and had made a great deal of achievements during his lifetime. His contribute is particularly prominent in Zhongjing academic research. In his "Shanghan Xuanjie" "Shanghan Shuoyi" "Jingui Xuanjie" "Changsha Yaojie", he illustrated both Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases using the six factors in nature theory, clarified the pathogenesis and treatment of human body, the characteristics of traditional Chinese Medicine with a clear thinking. And he refined the classical theory, on the basis of the six factors in nature analogy, to form a relatively harmony academic thought, which is very in the practice of treatment. His academic thought of heart disease treatment is worth to inherit and carry forward, because of its distinctive features and convenient use.
