Objective : Based on the analysis of psychological capital,status quo and influencing factors of patients,health literacy and subjective happiness of middle-aged and elderly hospitalized diabetes patients,the relationship between the three is explored to provide suggestions for promoting the health and happiness of patients.Methods:Adopt convenient sampling method to invite diabetics over 45 years old(n=238)from the endocrinology department of Yan’an University’s affiliated hospital who answered the general questionnaire,positive psychological capital scale,chronic disease patients health literacy survey and overall happiness scale.Methods: The common method deviation of data was verified by AMOS structural equation model,the general data of this population by descriptive analysis,psychological capital,health literacy and subjective well-being by T test and variance analysis by linear regression,Tamhanes T2 test was adopted to compare differences between pairwise groups when significant differences existed;the relationship between psychological capital,health literacy and subjective well-being by Spearman,and the mediation effect was verified by Bootstrap test.Results:The psychological capital score((?) ± S)was 119.008 ± 22.762,which was the middle level;the health literacy score((?) ± S)was 68.592 ± 23.371;the score of subjective well-being((?) ± S)was 68.588 ± 16.530,which was the lower than average level.Spearman Correlation analysis : a positive correlation between psychological capital and health literacy was a correlation coefficient of 0.507(P<0.01);the correlation between psychological capital and subjective well-being was 0.654(P <0.01);0.445(P<0.01).Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that the direct effect of health literacy on subjective well-being was 0.257(P>0.01),but the effect was not significant.The effect of health literacy on psychological capital was 0.458(P<0.01),which was significant.The effect of psychological capital on subjective well-being was0.456(P<0.01),which was significant.Conclusion : 1.The psychological capital level of middle-aged and elderly diabetes inpatients is at a medium level,while the level of health literacy and subjective well-being are at a low level.2.There is a positive correlation between psychological capital and health literacy,a positive correlation between health literacy and subjective well-being,and a positive correlation between psychological capital and subjective well-being.3.Psychological capital plays a complete intermediary role between health literacy and subjective well-being. |
