Clinical Study Of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction And Liujunzi Decoction In The Treatment Of AECOPD With Asthma Syndrome Of Turbid Phlegm Obstructs The Lung

Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical effect of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction and Liujunzi Decoction on AECOPD with asthma syndrome of turbid phlegm obstructs the lung.Methods All the cases required for the test were collected from the Department of Pulmonary Diseases,Department of Geriatrics and Department of Hospitalization of Jingmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.From March 2021 to December 2022,72 patients with AECOPD who were classified as phlegm obstructing lung asthma according to the criteria of traditional Chinese medicine were collected.They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number list method.Among them,3 patients in the treatment group refused to take traditional Chinese medicine,2 patients in the control group died,and 1 patient was dropped due to heart failure halfway,There were 33 cases in the final treatment group(n=33)and 33 cases in the control group(n=33).Both groups were treated on the basis of routine anti-infection,fluid replacement,cough and expectorant,oxygen therapy and symptomatic treatment.The control group was treated with suletide(salmeterol+fluticasone)inhaler.The treatment group was treated with Suzi Jiangqi Decoction and Liujunzi Decoction on the basis of suletide inhaler in the control group.It was set as a course of treatment for 7 days,with a total of 3 courses.After the end of the 3 courses,the treatment conditions of patients in the two groups were observed.The pulmonary function index(FEV1),arterial blood gas analysis(PaO2,PaCO2),the clinical efficacy and safety were observed by TCM syndrome score.During the treatment,all data were processed and analyzed by SPSS 20.0 statistical software to determine the efficacy.Results After 21 days of treatment,the improvement of TCM symptom score,arterial blood gas index(PaO2,PaCO2),pulmonary function index(FEV1),CAT questionnaire score and mMRC dyspnea scale score in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the liver function,renal function,electrolyte and blood cell analysis of the patients in the two groups showed no obvious abnormalities and no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Suzi Jiangqi Decoction and Liujunzi Decoction can significantly improve the arterial blood gas index and pulmonary function(FEV1)of patients,improve clinical symptoms,and have advantages in reducing the score of TCM symptoms,CAT questionnaire score and the score of mMRC dyspnea scale,and have safety,which is worthy of wide clinical use.
