Clinical Study Of Yangchao Ointment In Treating Premature Ovarian Insufficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency

Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yangchao ointment in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency with spleen-kidney deficiency Through clinical observation,and to provide a new idea for the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency.Methods Fifty-six patients were randomly divided into two groups,there is twenty eight cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Yangchao ointment(Yougui Pill and Bazhen Decoction);The estradiol valerate tablets(Kelingmeng)was used in the control group.Both groups were treated for 3consecutive cycles.TCM syndrome score,serum sex hormone level(FSH,LH,E2,FSH/LH),and AFC were observed before and after treatment,in order to assess the clinical efficacy of Yangchao ointment in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency of spleen-kidney deficiency.Results: After treatment,the patients of two groups in medical syndrome score,serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),FSH/LH,Estradiol(E2),anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH),and antral follicle count,AFC)was statistically significant when compared with before treatment(P<0.05),there was no remarkable difference in FSH and LH levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the efficacy of the ointment group and the western medicine group in improving FSH and LH was similar,and both the ointment and the Kelingmeng could improve the FSH/LH,AMH,and E2 levels do increase AFC,but the ointment is more effective than Kelingmeng.The total efficacy of the treatment group(89.3%)was higher than that of the control group(82%),which indicated that the efficacy of the ointment group was better than that of the Western medicine group.Conclusion Ointment and Kelingmeng can improve serum FSH,LH,E2,and AMH levels and increase antral follicle count.However,studies have shown that the efficacy of the ointment is more significant than that of Kelingmeng,and the ointment is far superior to Kelingmeng.in improving the clinical symptoms of POI patients,increasing serum E2,AMH levels,and delaying the decline of ovarian function.
