Study On The Effect Of Zishen Tiangui Ointment On Patients With Premature Ovarian Insufficiency Based On The Changes Of Immune Factors

Objective:In this study,we studied the effect of Zishen Tiangui ointment on immune factors and clinical efficacy in the treatment of kidney deficiency type of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency(POI).By comparing with estradiol/estradiol didroxyprogesterone tablets(fenmatong),we compared the natural killer cells(NK cells),T lymphocytes,sex hormone levels,anti Mullerian hormone(AMH),menstrual score and TCM syndrome volume of the two groups before and after treatment In order to further study the immune POI as a reference,objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zishen Tiangui ointment in the treatment of POI,and provide more evidence for the treatment of this disease.Methods:From December 2019 to March 2021,collection of the xinjiang uygur autonomous region hospital up to the standard of 74 patients with kidney deficiency type POI were randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases and control group 38cases,five exfoliated patients were excluded,simple estradiol/estradiol Flexor progesterone as control group,the treatment group is in the control group on the basis of given Zishen Tiangui ointment,two groups of all three treatment cycles,before and after treatment in patients with two groups of TCM syndrome scoring and laboratory indexes were analyzed.Results:1.NK cells and T lymphocytes:Before treatment,NK cells and CD8~+T cells increased and CD4~+T cells decreased in the two groups compared with the healthy women of childbearing age,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,NK cells and CD8~+T cells decreased and CD4~+T cells increased in the treatment group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.The total efficacy of the two groups:the effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%,and the effective rate of the control group was 72.22%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Menstrual score:Before and after treatment,menstrual cycle,menstrual period,menstrual volume and color quality of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).In comparison between groups,menstrual period,color quality and total score of the treatment group had statistical significance(P<0.05).4.TCM syndrome score:in comparison between groups,there was statistical significance in the treatment group in hypolibido,dizziness and tinnitus,waist and knee pain and weakness,insomnia and dreams,hot sweating,chills and chills(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in vaginal dryness,frequent nocturnal urination,dry stools and loose stools(P>0.05).5.Serum sex hormones and AMH:In the intra-group comparison,before and after treatment,serum luteinizing hormone(LH)and AMH in the control group had no statistical significance(P>0.05),while serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)had statistical significance(P<0.05).In comparison between groups,FSH,LH and E2 in the treatment group were statistically significant(P<0.05).AMH had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Results:Changes of immune factors in patients with POI,Zishen Tiangui ointment combined with estradiol/estradiol flexor progesterone tablets is effective in treating POI of kidney deficiency type,It’s can regulate cellular immunity and improve immune function in patients with POI,but the specific mechanism still needs further study.With better effect in menstrual period,color quality and menstrual quantity,especially in improving menopause symptoms.It was better than the control group in reducing FSH,LH and increasing E2.The improvement of AMH level is not good.
