Research On The Impact Of Life Care Services On The Perceived Subjective Health Of Elderly People

In today ’s aging society,the elderly population continues to increase,and the resulting demand for old-age services is increasing.In particular,life care services are their most urgent and needed services.Perceived subjective health is a comprehensive evaluation of one ’s own physical and psychological health,which is mainly composed of three aspects : life satisfaction,self-perceived health and health change.Social reality shows that the provision of life care services will have a significant impact on the perceived subjective health of the elderly.However,there are few literatures on the impact of life care services on the perceived subjective health of the elderly from multiple perspectives,and it is difficult to accurately define the degree of influence between factors.Therefore,based on the existing research,this paper puts forward the influence path of life care services on the perceived subjective health of the elderly,and uses the 2018 CLHLS data for analysis.The research results will help to improve the perceived subjective health of the elderly from the scientific level.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the relevant research of various scholars,relying on the theory of healthy aging,health equity theory,social support theory and ’ filial piety ’ culture,the theoretical model of this paper is constructed.The model measures the perceived subjective health of the elderly from three dimensions of life satisfaction,self-perceived health and health change,and measures life care services from two aspects of social support and family support,a total of 5 latent variables and16 observational variables.Specifically,the sample of the elderly in the CLHLS crosssection data in 2018 was used,and AMOS24.0 was used to construct a structural equation model to test the path and model.The empirical results show that :(1)Family support,social support and intelligence have a significant positive impact on the perceived subjective health of the elderly.(2)Intelligence and basic ability have a mediating effect on the influence path of family support and social support on the perceived subjective health of the elderly.(3)Life care services have a positive effect on the perceived subjective health of the elderly.On the whole,the research results show that the three paths of the impact of life care services on the perceived subjective health of the elderly: family support → basic ability → perceived subjective health;family support → intelligence → perceived subjective health;social support → intelligence →perceived subjective health.In addition,family support in life care services has a greater impact on the perceived subjective health of the elderly than social support.As an important provider of life care services,families should actively provide activity support and relatives and friends to the elderly.Therefore,this paper proposes to build a health support system for the elderly from the three main bodies of government,society and family;the elderly should give full play to their subjective initiative and actively adapt to the elderly;create an ’ Internet + ’ information service platform to continuously improve the perceived subjective health of the elderly,actively construct a healthy aging and active aging society,and enhance the happiness and satisfaction of the elderly.
