Research On Preventive Health Care Services Combining Medical Care And Nursing

With the development of Chinese economy,people's material and spiritual life is constantly enriched,their life expectancy is gradually prolonged,and the elderly population is increasing.However,the increasing of the elderly population does not mean that the health of the elderly in China has been significantly improved.Most of the elderly suffer from chronic diseases.The proportion of the disabled and semidisabled elderly has been also increased year by year.The health problems of the elderly have become the focus in recent years.In this background,the old-age service industry continues to develop,and the " Integrated health care" service model is also being tried out in various places.The preventive health care service included in it,as a service to play the "pre-treatment" function,can enhance the physical quality of the elderly,prolong the healthy age,and help the elderly to support their life with a healthy body.However,the existing preventive health services are in short supply and do not match the needs of the elderly.This study aims to explore the current status of preventive health care services for middle-aged and elderly people from the perspective of supply and demand,so as to provide suggestions for improving preventive health care services for middle-aged and elderly people and help them to enjoy their old-age life in a healthy state.In this thesis,we use the data of nearly 10,000 samples in CHARLS database by SPSS software to analyze the needs of preventive health care services for middle-aged and elderly people over 45 years old.We examine the factors that affect the needs of middle-aged and elderly people through the two questions of "whether preventive health care services are needed" and "what kind of preventive health services are needed".Then we combine the data from China Health and Family Planning Statistical Yearbook.This paper probes into the supply situation and the contradiction between supply and demand of preventive health care services combined with health care,and draws the following conclusions: the middle-aged and old people in China have a large rigid demand for preventive health care services,but their willingness to access services is low,and their willingness to access services is affected by urban or rural areas and self-rated health.There are contradictions in the total quantity and contents between the supply and demand of preventive health care services in the combination of health care and maintenance in China.The total quantity of preventive health care services for the middle-aged and elderly is very deficient,and there are differences between urban and rural areas.In the aspect of contents' contradictions,there are contradictions between the service content and the audience,regional differences,and contradictions between the cost of service supply and insurance.Based on the above conclusions and combing with the foreign research,this paper puts forward the following perfect schemes: increasing the total supply,taking the government as the leading factor in funding,multi-financing,community-based service development and multi-service supply;matching the service content and audience,unifying the project content of preventive health care services,building a multi-level service system,and building a service delivery platform;Distinctive development between townships,basic insurance in townships and diversified upgrading in urban areas;adjustment of service costs and coverage of medical insurance,control of the cost of preventive health care services combined with medical care,and expand the coverage of medical insurance reimbursement for services.As a pertinent research on the preventive health care service of the combination of medical care and maintenance,this paper has a certain value in the practical operation of preventive health care service for middle-aged and elderly people.There are also two innovations.First,from the perspective of supply and demand,we study a specific service content of the combination of medical and nursing,analyze the existing contradictions,and refine the research content of the combination of medical and nursing,and also more close to the practical operation.Secondly,in the research methods,the quantitative analysis method is used to study the demand and supply of preventive health care services,which can more systematically and accurately analyze the contradiction between supply and demand of preventive health care services,and thus put forward more accurate and perfect programs.
