Clinical Observation On Bushen Huatan Decoction In The Treatment Of H-type Hypertension With Kidney Deficiency And Phlegm Turbidity Syndrome

Objectives By observing the self-made Bushen Huatan Recipe for H-type hypertension patients with TCM syndrome of kidney deficiency and phlegm turbidity,the antihypertensive effect before and after taking the medicine,the efficacy of TCM syndrome score,the improvement of homocysteine(Homocysteine,Hcy)level and drug safety To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huatan Recipe on the treatment of Htype hypertension,and to provide more clinical experience and ideas for the treatment of H-type hypertension in the future.Methods A total of 88 patients with H-type hypertension diagnosed by western medicine in the outpatient department of cardiology and TCM syndrome differentiation of kidney deficiency and phlegm turbidity were selected and divided into control group(44 cases)and experimental group(44 cases)by random control method.Both groups were given enalapril maleate folic acid tablets and nifedipine sustained-release tablets.On the basis of western medicine,the experimental group was additionally treated with self-made Bushen Huatan prescription.The experimental period of both groups was 8weeks,and the improvement of blood pressure,TCM syndrome score,homocysteine,highsensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and other indicators before and after the test were observed and recorded.Change and Security Data.In this experiment,spss26.0 software was used to analyze the data before and after the experiment.Results During the experiment,1 patient in the experimental group dropped out and 2patients were excluded;2 patients in the control group dropped out,and a total of 83 patients completed the experiment,41 in the experimental group and 42 in the control group.1 Before treatment,the gender,age,and disease course of the two groups were compared(P > 0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant,which was comparable.2 After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased(P < 0.05),and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;The integral effective rate of the experimental group was 87.80%,which was higher than that of the control group(64.30%)(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.It is suggested that Bushen Huatan Recipe has significant effect in improving TCM syndrome score and effective rate.3 After treatment,the blood pressure of the two groups of patients decreased(P < 0.05),and the blood pressure drop in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;The effective rate of antihypertensive in the experimental group was 80.49%higher than that in the control group(69.05%)(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.It is suggested that Bushen Huatan Fang has obvious antihypertensive effect.4 After treatment,the Hcy levels of the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;The reduction level of Hcy in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.5Before and after treatment,the routine blood,urine,stool,liver and kidney functions of the two groups were within the normal range.After statistical analysis(P > 0.05),the difference was not statistically significant,and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusions 1 Bushen Huatan prescription combined with western medicine in the treatment of H-type hypertension patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm turbidity can effectively improve the TCM syndrome scores,and the curative effect is better than that of the control group with only western medicine.2 Bushen Huatan Recipe combined with western medicine can effectively control the blood pressure level and reduce the Hcy level of patients with H-type hypertension with kidney deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome,and the curative effect is better than that of the control group.3 No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the treatment of H-type hypertension with kidneydeficiency and phlegm-turbidity syndrome of Bushen Huatan Recipe,and the safety was good.Figure 0;Table 17;Reference 133.
