Clinical Research Of Bushen Huatan Quyu Method In Treating Hypertension (level2)

Purpose: This study by the observation of changes in the deficiency syndrome ofboth liver and kidney yin, phlegm-stasis blocking collateral type of hypertension inpatients with clinical symptoms, changes in blood pressure, liver function, renal functionand lipid parameters, verify the value to deficiency syndrome of both liver and kidney yin,phlegm-stasis blocking collateral type of hypertension in patients by Bushen Huatan quyumethod. And to explore its mechanism of action, provide new information in treatment ofhypertension.Methods: TCM collection belonging to the deficiency syndrome of both liver andkidney yin, phlegm-stasis blocking collateral type of hypertension in patients with a totalof72cases.72patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.Control group were taking Hyzaar only. The treatment group on the basis of Hyzaar plusBushen Huatan quyu soup. To observe the clinical efficacy of self made " Bushen Huatanquyu soup." in the treatment of hypertension.The results:1, Bushen Huatanquyu soup can significantly improve hypertension in patients withclinical symptoms (p <0.05).2, Patients in the two groups after treatment, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C,FPG,HR weredecreased (p<0.05). Comparing Hyzaar control group, Bushen Huatan quyu soup treatmentgroup was significantly better than the control group (p <0.05).Conclusion: The Bushen Huatanquyu soup can significantly improve the clinicalsymptoms and blood pressure of patients with hypertension and target organ protection,andthe target organ has a protective effect.
