The Clinical Efficacy Of Lumbar Muscle Strain By The Method Of Nine-Needle Circumferential

Objectives To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the nine-needle peri-prick method in the treatment of stasis-type lumbar muscle strain,and to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of soft tissue diseases.Methods According to the randomized grouping method,94 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria for lumbar muscle strain with blood stasis were divided into two groups,and the treatment group was treated with the nine-needle circumferential acupuncture method.The main acupoints were selected as the A-Shi Point,Shenshu Point,Dachangshu Point,Weizhong Point,and the supporting acupoints were the Geshu point,the A-Shi point was used as a peripheral acupuncture point,while the other acupoints were used as conventional single-needle acupuncture points;the control group selected the same acupoints as the treatment group,and all acupoints were used as conventional single-needle acupuncture points.The treatment course was 7 days,with a total of 3 courses of treatment and 2 days of rest between courses.The VAS,JOA,ODI scores and TCM symptom score values before and after treatment were observed in both groups,and the efficiency was evaluated according to the ODI score values after treatment,and the relapse rate was evaluated according to the ODI score values one month after treatment.During the treatment,information on the frequency and severity of adverse events in both treatment regimens was recorded to evaluate the safety of the therapy.At the end of treatment,data were summarized and statistical analysis was performed using Spss22.0 statistical software to evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results 1 General data of patients in both groups gender,age,height,weight,disease duration,etc.,by statistical test,the results P>0.05,the difference is not statistically significant,comparable.2 Observation index:Before treatment,the observed index scores of the two groups were statistically tested,P>0.05,and the differences were not statistically significant and comparable.After treatment,the observed index scores of the treatment group and the control group were improved,and the improvement was more significant in the treatment group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant with P<0.05 by paired t-test within the group and P<0.05 by independent t-test between the groups.3 Efficacy evaluation: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.61%(44/47),the total effective rate of the control group was 78.72%(38/47),by rank sum test,the result P<0.05,the difference was statistically In terms of long-term efficacy,the recurrence rate was 6.8%(3/44)in the treatment group and 39.5%(15/38)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant with P<0.05 by rank sum test.4 Safety evaluation: the incidence rate of adverse events in the treatment group was8.51%;the incidence rate of adverse events in the control group was 6.38%,and the difference was not statistically significant by statistical test with P >0.05.Conclusions The nine-needle circumferential acupuncture method can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of lumbar muscle strain,and has better clinical efficacy and long-term efficacy compared with the conventional acupuncture group.The nine-needle circumferential acupuncture method has a high safety level and has the value of clinical promotion and application.Table18;Reference 105...
