Objective: patients with chronic strain of lumbar muscles lie in the same quiet hard bed rest method,on the basis of comparison of yi jin the achievement method combined with the core muscles training with single core muscles training controls the curative effect of the differences between find traditional yi jin the achievement method of chronic strain of lumbar muscles movement in the rehabilitation of the actual application effect. Methods: 30 patients were divided into experimental group,15 control group and 15 patients were measured for body composition, including body weight, blood pressure, body fat percentage, body mass index and basal metabolism. The scale measurement included physical assessment and FMS assessment.Quantitative analog Scale of low back pain(VAS);Oswestry dysfunction score, subjective pain perception Mc Gill pain grading score(PRI),pain intensity score(PPI),motion screening score(FMS),and posture evaluation score(Lumbar).SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to conduct the paired T test,non-parametric U test,non-parametric W test and independent sample T test on the relevant data before and after the experiment. Results: The T test of paired samples before and after the experiment in the control group showed a statistically significant difference in the score of dysfunction(Oswestry)(T=-16.000,P=0.000<0.05).The difference in pain grading score(PRI)was statistically significant(T=-14.012,P=0.000<0.05).The difference of functional motion screening score(FMS)was statistically significant(T=-18.187,P=0.000<0.05).Wilcoxon symbolic rank test(paired samples)of the control group before and after the experiment revealed statistically significant differences in the quantified analogue scale(VAS)score(Z=-3.443,P=0.001<0.05).The difference in pain intensity score(PPI)was statistically significant(Z=-3.482,P=0.000<0.05).Lumbar posture evaluation score(Lumbar)presented statistical significance(Z=-3.578,P=0.000<0.05).The T test of paired samples before and after the experiment in the experimental group showed a statistically significant difference in the dysfunction score(Oswestry)(T=-22.614,P=0.000<0.05).The difference in pain grading score(PRI)was statistically significant(T=-28.231,P=0.000<0.05).The difference of functional motion screening score(FMS)was statistically significant(T=-11.751,P=0.000<0.05).Wilcoxon symbolic rank test(paired samples)of the experimental group before and after the experiment revealed statistically significant differences in the quantified analog score(VAS)of low back pain(Z=-3.475,P=0.001<0.05).The difference in pain intensity score(PPI)was statistically significant(Z=-3.473,P=0.001<0.05).Dynamics evaluation score(Lumbar)presented statistical significance(Z=-3.276,P=0.001<0.05).The independent sample T test of the data of the experimental group and the control group before the experiment showed that the difference in the score of dysfunction(Oswestry)was statistically significant(T=-3.424,P=0.002<0.05).The difference in pain grading score(PRI)was statistically significant(T=-2.225,P=0.034<0.05).There was no significant difference in FMS score(T=1.448,P=0.159& GT;0.05).Mann-whitney U test(two independent samples)of data from the experimental group before the experiment showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the quantified analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups(U=66.500,P=0.056>0.05).The difference in pain intensity score(PPI)between the two groups was statistically significant(U=64.500,P=0.045<0.05).Lumbar posture evaluation score(U=101.000,P=0.653& GT;0.05).After the experiment, the independent sample T test of the data of the experimental group and the control group showed a statistically significant difference in the dysfunction score(Oswestry)(T=6.254,P=0.000<0.05).There was no significant difference in functional motion screening score(FMS)(T=1.806,P= 0.082-GT;0.05).After the experiment,mann-Whitney U test(two independent samples)of data in the experimental group and the control group showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the quantified analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups(U=87.000,P=0.305& GT;0.05).The difference of pain grading score(PRI)between the two groups was statistically significant(U=19.000,P=0.000<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain intensity score(PPI)between the two groups(U=81.000,P= 0.202>0.05).Lumbar posture evaluation score(U=97.500,P=0.539& GT)showed no statistical significance between the two groups.0.05).Conclusion: In the experimental group, the curative effect of the combination of easy tendon and meridian exercise and core muscle training on the improvement of chronic psoas muscle strain is significantly better than that of the single core muscle training, indicating that the traditional exercise method has the characteristics of faster recovery, more effective and less recurrence in the process of sports rehabilitation of chronic p SOas muscle strain intervention. It is the key to instruct patients to insist on long-term exercise correctly, which can not only treat chronic psoas muscle strain but also effectively prevent the occurrence of acute psoas muscle sprain, which has valuable reference value for medical workers and preventive medical personnel in sports.
