Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Lumbar Muscle Strain With Kidney Deficiency Syndrome By Silver Needle Combined With Sanliangban Decoctio

Objective: By observe the clinical effect of silver needle combined with Sanliangban Decoction on chronic lumbar muscle strain due to kidney deficiency,it provides a new and effective method for the clinical treatment of the chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods: 72 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain due to kidney deficiency were randomly divided into group A(treated with silver needle only),group B(treated with Chinese herbal medicine only),and group C(treated with silver needle plus oral Sanliangban decoction),each with 24 cases,among which 7 cases fell off,3 cases were eliminated,and finally 21 cases in group A,20 cases in group B and 21 cases in group C.Group A was treated with silver needle therapy once every 10 days,and once as a course of treatment.Group B was treated with Sanliangban Decoction,once a day,7 days as a course of treatment,and rest for 3 days after a course of treatment;Group C was treated with silver needle plus oral Sanliangban decoction.All three groups were treated for two courses of treatment.Two weeks after the treatment,the clinical efficacy,VAS scores and RMDQ scores of the three groups were compared,and the results were statistically processed.Results: After two courses of treatment,the VAS score and RMDQ score of the three groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05)by comparing before and after with the groups.Compared between groups,group C was superior to group A and group B in reducing VAS score and RMDQ score(P < 0.05),and the degree of reducing VAS score and RMDQ score in group A and group B equivalent(P > 0.05).Compared with group A and group B,the clinical curative effect of group C was superior(p < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and group B(p >0.05).Conclusion: Silver needle,Sanliangban Decoction and silver needle combined with Sanliangban Decoction can relieve the pain in the back and improve the daily life and self-care ability of patients,and have certain therapeutic effects on chronic lumbar muscle strain due to kidney deficiency.The latter is better than the former two in improving the degree of chronic lumbar muscle strain.
