Objective: In this study,Lingguibafa combined with dialectical acupoint selection was used to treat Posterior circulation ischemic vertigo of wind phlegm disturbance type.By observing its TCM syndrome evaluation scale and Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI scale, including body DHIP,emotion DHIE,function DHIF),the efficacy of Lingguibafa combined with dialectical acupoint selection in the treatment of Posterior circulation ischemic vertigo of wind phlegm disturbance type was explored,In order to provide new ideas for clinical acupuncture treatment of the disease. Methods: 66 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo of wind-phlegm disturbance type who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases).During the treatment, due to the loss of 3 cases in each group, only 60 patients were finally counted. The treatment group used Lingguibafa combined with syndrome differentiation to select acupoints.First,Lingguibafa were used to open the acupoints on time, and then the acupoints were selected according to syndrome differentiation:GB20,DU20,LR3,ST40,SP09,RN12,PC6.The control group only used dialectical acupoints. After acupuncture, the method of reinforcing and reducing was performed, and the needle was retained for30 min / time, and the needle was performed once in 15 min.Monday to Saturday acupuncture, for a course of treatment, weekend rest day, continuous treatment of two courses.Follow up four weeks after the end of treatment. Before treatment, after treatment and during follow-up period,TCM syndrome score scale and DHI scale were filled out respectively.Efficacy evaluation:The TCM syndrome score before treatment was compared with the TCM syndrome score after treatment and follow-up period respectively, and the total effective rate after treatment and follow-up period was obtained.SPSS25.0software was used for data analysis.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%.The total effective rate of acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation in the control group was 86.7%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After four weeks of follow-up,the total effective rate was 83.3% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)TCM syndrome score: After two courses of treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared with those before treatment, and there was a very significant statistical difference(P<0.001),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).During the follow-up period, the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the scores were still lower than before, with extremely significant statistical differences(P<0.001).However,at this time, the scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After two courses of treatment, the total scores of DHIP,DHIE,DHIF and DHI in the two groups were compared with those before treatment, and the scores were decreased, and there was a very significant statistical difference(P<0.001),and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).During the follow-up period, the total scores of DHIP,DHIE,DHIF and DHI in the two groups were compared with those before treatment, and the scores were still decreased, with extremely significant statistical differences(P<0.001).However,the total scores of DHIP,DHIE,DHIF and DHI in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Lingguibafa combined with syndrome differentiation acupoint selection and syndrome differentiation acupoint selection have achieved good clinical efficacy in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo of wind-phlegm upward disturbance type, which can effectively improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, the degree of vertigo and the physical, emotional and functional discomfort caused by vertigo.(2)The long-term curative effect of Lingguibafa combined with dialectical acupoint selection is more significant than that of dialectical acupoint selection after four weeks, which is more conducive to the improvement of patients’ quality of life.
