Clinical Observation Of Dingxuanheji Application In Treating Posterior Circulation Ischem Vertigo (Wind-Phlegm Invading Upward)

Object:Observed the change of the Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score Scale(TCMSSS),TCD examination results plasma ET-land CGRP levels in patients with Posterior circulation ischem vertigo,to explore the pathogenesis of Posterior circulation ischem vertigo(Wind-phlegm invading upward).Methods:Sixty Cases were selected from the patients with Posterior circulation ische m vertigo treated in Department of Neurology,Wuxi Affiliated Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018.By using random and contrast method,all of the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group,each group had 30 patients.The control group was given Betahistine Mesylate pills(its trade name is Merislon,produced by Wei material China Pharmaceutical Company,batch number:SFDA approvals name H20040130),6mg each time,three times a day.It takes two wee ks to complete the experiment.The experimental patients needed to drink Dingxuanheji(the specific method of boiling drugs and taking medicine refer to’clinical research’),one packet at a time,twice a day.It also needed two weeks.All of the patients needed to take TCD check,tested the content of ET-1 and CGRP before and after the treatment.During the whole progress,the TCM syndrome,the efficacy score(the concrete content is in attachment 1),frequency and the level of Posterior circulation ischem vertigo of each patient were all collected regularly.As safety evaluation indicators,the results of blood routines,urine routines,dung conventional and occult blood,liver function,renal function and ECG,eta were recorded to react the change of vital signs and untoward effect before and after the treatments.It need ed to record frequently the TCM syndrome,the efficacy score,frequency and the level of posterior circulation ischem vertigo of the selected arbitrary patient during the follow up period.All packets were processed with SPSS21 software.Results:d)The two groups of patients before treatment compared to the gender,age,the key indicators of TCD(LVA,RVA,BA),TCMSS,plasma ET-1,CGRP and security index showed no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)The two groups TCMSS and plasma ET-1 were lower than before while LVA.RVA、BA and plasma CGRP were higher,all of them were statistically comparable(P<0.05).③The change of the TCD(LV、RVA、BA),TCMSS,plasma ET-1,CGRP were more,which showed slightly than those in control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).④There was no significant difference in security index between the groups after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Dingxuanheji can prevent and cure the Posterior circulation ischem vertigo safely and effect effectively;2.The mechanism of Dingxuanheji maybe related to the decreased level of ET-1 and the increased level of CGRP,it reduces the vasoconstrictor effect possibly to a certain degree.
