Clinical Observation On Chronic Eczema Treated By Stinging Therapy Of Burning Medicated Thread Of Zhuang Medicine Combined With Huang’s Detoxification And Skin-Refining Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion combined with Huangshi Jiedu Lifu Decoction on chronic eczema.Research significance: By verifying the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion combined with Huangshi Jiedu Lifu decoction in treating chronic eczema,highlight the clinical advantages of Zhuang medicine in treating chronic eczema by combining internal and external use,and provide a new combined treatment idea for the treatment of chronic eczema.Research methods: 60 patients with chronic eczema meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 people each.The observation group was treated with Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion combined with Huang’s Jiedu Lifu Decoction,while the control group was only treated with Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion.The observation group took Huang’s Jiedu Lifu Decoction orally,which was composed of: Shengdi,Honeysuckle,Perrin,fried burdock,Fangfeng,uncaria,astragalus,poria cocos,atractylodes macrocephala,safflower,lavender,madder Tribulus terrestris.According to the patient’s condition,increase or decrease according to the symptoms,and add hedyotis diffusa,Paris polyphylla and Scutellaria barbata to those with heat toxicity;It is more likely to add soil poria cocos,coix seed and atractylodes atractylodes,while it is more likely to add fresh white skin,cicada slough and schizonepeta for those with wind poison.The EASI score and pruritus VAS score of the two groups of patients were recorded before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded in detail during the treatment,and the patients were followed up 3 months after treatment to count the recurrence rate.Research results:1.There were no adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups in EASI score and itch VAS score before treatment(P>0.05).3.After treatment,the scores of all symptoms of patients in the two groups were lower than those before treatment.The EASI score and itching VAS score of patients in each group were lower after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment.The EASI score and VAS score of patients in the two groups were statistically different within and between groups(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the score of skin lesion area in each group decreased after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was(86.20%),and that of the control group was(71.42%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The patients were followed up 3 months after the treatment.The recurrence rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research conclusion: Both Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion combined with Huang’s Jiedu Lifu decoction and Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion alone can treat chronic eczema.The clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion combined with Huang’s Jiedu Lifu decoction is higher than that of Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion alone.
