ObjectTo observe the clinical efficacy of the combined moxibustion at zhuangyihuan point and acupoints of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic eczema caused by spleen deficiency and splenasthenic hygrosis,and to explore the effect of moxibustion with medicine on eczema,to provide methods and ideas for the treatment of chronic eczema.MethodsTo collect 66 cases,according to the order of visiting time,randomly drawn by spss 20.0 and assigned to group 1 with treatment group(moxibustion at zhuangyihuan point combined with acupoints of traditional Chinese medicine)and group 2 with control group(moxibustion at zhuangyihuan point),33 patients in each.The control group was given moxibustion at zhuangyihuan point.The treatment group is based on the treatment in control group,treated with moxibustion at acupoints of traditional Chinese medicine,point once every other day,two weeks for a course of treatment,treatment of 2 courses,between 2 courses of treatment 3 days.Before and after treatment,the EASI,VAS,DLQI scored were recorded for statistical analysis and clinical evaluation.ResultsThe age,gender,course of disease,EASI score,VAS score,DLQI score,before treatment of the two groups were compared.There was no significant difference between the two group(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable.After treatment,two groups of patients with EASI scores,VAS score,DLQI score was reduced,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group EASI scores,VAS score were hinger than control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),DLQI score in the control group a(P<0.05)difference is statistically significant.EASI score difference after treatment,the VAS score difference between the treatment group were superior to control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between DLQI,no statistically significant difference.The treatment group was markedly effective in 8 cases,effective in 21 cases,ineffective in 1 cases,the total effective rate was 96.6%.In the control group,1 case was markedly effective,effective in 25 cases,ineffective in 4 cases,the total effective rate was 86.7%.Treatment group total effective rate was higher than the control group,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in either group.ConclusionSome clinical curative effects can be achieved by combining points moxibustion with points of zhuangyihuan point and points of traditional Chinese medicine and using points of zhuangyihuan point moxibustion alone.However,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The therapy of moxibustion with points of zhuangyihuan point and points of traditional Chinese medicine is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
