2diabetes,to summarize the connotation of the theory of sanxiao, and to analyze the significance of the clinical application of the idea of "simultaneous treatment of sanxiao".In the third part, each of the constituent drugs of Shengsang Jiangtang Decoction was searched as the subject term to summarise the nature, astringency, efficacy and pharmacological effects of each drug, study the combination characteristics, and summarise Professor Deng Xiaomin’s clinical knowledge of using it to treat type 2 diabetes, and the clinical experience in the treatment with the application of Shengsang Jiangtang Decoction is summarized with medical cases.Results:1.By summarizing and organizing the documents collected from Chinese Medical Dictionary and the Chinese Knowledge Network,we have comprehensively summarized and reviewed the treatises on the disease of extinction from the perspective of historical development, and systematically sorted out many aspects of the disease, such as its name, etiology, clinical characteristics, treatment and prescriptions, and laid the foundation of the literature for the study of the disease of extinction.2.By searching the 5th edition of the Chinese summarized the properties of the drugs in this formula from the Chinese medicine aspect, and the pharmacological properties of each drug in the formula from the modern medicine aspect, which can effectively improve the symptoms of diabetes.4.Combined with the analysis of medical cases,we summarize Professor’s experience in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with Shengsang Jiangtang Decoction based on the idea of "simultaneous treatment of sanxiao",which is mainly based on concurrent changes and the characteristics of the patient’s constitution.Conclusion:1.The idea of sanxiao began in the Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine, was founded in the Tang and Song dynasties, enriched in the Jin and Yuan dynasties, and perfected in the Ming and Qing dynasties, and has important application to the diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes in Chinese medicine.2.The location of diabetes is mainly responsible for the lung, stomach and kidney, involving many internal promoting.3.Professor Deng Xiaomin has formulated his own Shengsang Jiangtang Decoction based on the idea of "simultaneous treatment of sanxiao",which takes into account the symptoms of the upper, middle and lower eliminations. His prescription focuses on the relationship between the internal organs, making full use of the bias of the medicine to correct the bias of the internal organs and striving for a dynamic balance of yin and yang.In the clinical application, drugs are added according to the patient’s constitution, and the internal organs are localized according to the patient’s
