Clinical Observation Of Qimai Jiangtang Decoction Combined With Metformin To Regulate In Type 2 Diabetes With Qi Blood Stasis

Objective:In this study,we performed a randomized controlled clinical observation.Which is about Professor Guo Junjie’s experience prescription "Qi Mai Jiangtang prescription" treatment of Qi and yin deficiency,blood stasis type 2 type diabete.It provides a clinical basis for the treatment of type 2 diabetes in the safety and effectiven.It is for the sake of provide new ideas to clinical treatment of diabetes.In this study,can we discuss on the effect of Qi Mai Jiangtang decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride in improving clinical symptoms and Improving laboratory indicators.Methods:Collection of 60 patients with diabetes,which is conform to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.It is randomly divided into two groups.The two groups are observation group and control group.The observation group took Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets and Qi Mai Jiangtang decoction.The control group took Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets.After 4 weeks of treatment,record,recording fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood fat,fins,insulin resistance index,symptom integral of traditional Chinese Medicine.In this way,to verifying effect in improvement of clinical symptoms and laboratory index.Results:(1)Blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin: After 4 weeks of treatment,the decline of fasting blood glucose in the observation group was more significant than control group(P=0.03,P<0.05);The two groups were quite effective in reducing postprandial blood sugar(P=0.33,P>0.05);The two groups are equivalent to reducing the effect of HbA1 c.(2)Fins,insulin resistance index: After 4 weeks of treatment,the effect of INS in the observation group was more significant than that of the control group(P=0.05);The decrease in the HOMA-IR value of the observation group was more significant than control group(P=0.02,P<0.05).(3)Blood fat: After 4 weeks of treatment,the effect of reducing TG in the observation group and the control group was equivalent to that of the control group(P=0.20,P>0.05);The effect of TC in the observation group was moresignificant(P=0.04,P<0.05).(4)Symptom integral of traditional Chinese Medicine:After 4 weeks of treatment,the effect of symptomatic integral was more significant in the observation group.(5)Evaluation of curative effect in Symptom integral of traditional Chinese Medicine: The effective rate of the observation group was 79.3%,The effective rate of the control group was 53.3%,the difference is statistically significant(P=0.04,P<0.05).Conclusion : From the above results,adding Qi Mai Jiangtang decoction is better than the treatment of metformin enteric tablets with single metformin hydrochloride.It can obviously reduced fasting blood glucose,insulin resistance index,symptom integral of traditional Chinese Medicine.It has a certain value in clinical use.
