Study On The Supply Model Of Urban Community Public Medical Service In China

In recent years,with the continuous acceleration of urbanization,aging,and adjustment of fertility policies in China,the focus of medical care has shifted to urban communities,and residents’ demand for community public medical services has rapidly increased.However,the lagging supply model of urban community public medical services has constrained the overall supply capacity of community public medical services,becoming one of the important influencing factors causing the current tense doctor-patient conflict.The research on the supply mode of urban community public medical services is not only a key field of government healthcare reform in China,a hot topic for the public,but also a research direction that experts and scholars focus on breaking through.In order to comprehensively understand the problem of lagging supply models of urban community public medical services,this article adopts methods such as literature analysis,survey questionnaires,and empirical analysis to comprehensively discuss and compare the theoretical and practical progress of relevant research at home and abroad.It analyzes the development process of supply models in China since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in stages,And through data analysis,the positive relationship between the elements of public medical service supply mode and residents’ satisfaction was demonstrated.It was found that the core element of meeting residents’ public medical needs at this stage is to increase the supply capacity of community public medical resources.During the argumentation process,the customer satisfaction theory was introduced,and basic data was collected through on-site survey questionnaires.Data analysis methods such as reliability and validity,feature description,factor analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis were used to demonstrate the theoretical hypothesis.Based on the current situation and existing problems of the supply mode of urban community public medical services in China,this article proposes a new type of urban community public medical service resource supply mode of "Three Ones",which includes establishing a new supply mode,unblocking a series of operating links,and improving a security system.With the establishment of a new supply model as the core,smooth links and improved systems as support,we will build a comprehensive and three-dimensional new supply model to solve the current problem of lagging behind in the supply of public medical resources in urban communities in China.Through the systematic study of the supply mode of urban community public medical services in China,this article not only enriches the research theory in the field of public medical services,but also provides valuable suggestions for the government to formulate relevant public medical policies.
