On Selection And Compatibility Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Asthma Based On Data Mining(Periodical Literature)

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to treat bronchial asthma by Acupuncture and moxibustion.Data mining technology is used to systematically analyze modern journal literature and explore the selection and compatibility rules of acupoints.Method:To retrieve the clinical literature of the modern periodicals of asthma treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion,standardized treatment of the eligible literature data was carried out according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.On the basis of the characteristics of TCM discerning patterns,the data was discussed.And in principle,the main patterns selected the main acupoints,assorted points is chosen by discerning patterns.The data were processed by traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance platform and the rules of acupoint,meridian,location and specific points of acupuncture treatment for asthma were analyzed.Result:A total of 103 acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions were collected from the periodical literature.The main acupoints involved 52 acupoints,and the total frequency was 385 times,covering 12 meridians.The main points of frequency analysis results:Feishu(BL13),Dingchuan(EX-B 1),Dazhui(DU14),Fengmen(BL12),Yuji(LU10)are at high frequency;the results of frequency analysis of meridians are the Bladder meridian of Foot-Taiyang,Lung Meridian of Hand-Taiyin,Ren Meridian and Du Meridian,Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming are at high frequency;the parts of acupuncture results:focus on the waist and neck part;the specific points are optimized with the crossing point,back Shu Points,five Shu Points,front Mu points,eight influential points;the assorted use of preferred "Feishu and Dingchuan","Feishu and Dazhui","Fengmen and Feishu”,"Fengmen and Dazhui",the most extensive compatibility mode local application compatibility.After standardized treatment of five syndromes of asthma,the compatibility mode is mostly combined with the compatibility of local and specific acupoints.The pattern of addition and subtraction acupoint compatibility is mostly local acupoint distribution and remote compatibility.Effect of acupoint in clinic of EX-B1.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of asthma is based on the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation,acupoints preferred local selection,distal selection,meridian acupoint selection and specific acupoint selection.The compatibility of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of asthma has the law of local acupoint distribution,the combined acupoint method of the meridian,the far matching point method,the front and rear acupoint method,the Shu-Mu acupoint method,the original collaterals acupoint method and the combined acupoint method.
