Objective:: To study the pattern of acupuncture point selection in the modern literature for the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension by using data mining methods, and to provide a more effective and scientific reference for acupuncture prescription ids for the clinical treatment of mild to moderate hypertension. Methods: The acupoints selected for mild to moderate hypertension in the clinical research literature were statistically described by reseaching the China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang Database, and Pubmed, and the frequencies of commonly used acupoints and meridians were calculated.Results:(1)A total of 71 acupoints and 27 high-frequency acupoints were used in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension by acupuncture.According to the frequency from high to low in turn for lr 3,li 11,foot three mile,or valley, the will, the wind pool, three vaginal intercourse, people meet, clearance, creek, hong leong, god door, liver shu,big job, guan yuan, four god astute, hsin shu,inter-row,blood,yongquan,liver,step-down ditch, god court, shen shu, hand three mile,Yin ling springs, and most commonly used three points for lr 3 point,li 11 point, foot three mile;(2)The application of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating auricular acupoints of mild to moderate hypertension is less;(3)The main related meridians for the treatment of mild and moderate hypertension are Foot-Shaoyang gallbladder meridian,Foot-Sun bladder meridian,Du meridian,Foot-Yangming large intestine meridian,Foot-Yangming stomach meridian,Foot-Shaoyin kidney meridian;(4)Cluster analysis results, ice chart: if the five cluster groups are analyzed, the following clustering can be obtained: Category 1:Taichong and Quchi;Category 2: Zusanli,Hegu,Baihui and Fengchi;Category 3:Sanyinjiao,Renying and Neiguan;Category 4: Taixi,Fenglong and Shenmen;Category 5:Ganshu,Dazhui,Sishencong,Xinshu,Xingjian,Xuehai,Yongquan,liver,antihypertensive groove,Shenting,Shenshu,Shusanli,Xin,Yinling quan.Dendrogram results: If the analysis is carried out according to the four clustering groups, the following clustering can be obtained: The first category: Quchi and Taichong; The second category: Zusanli,Hegu,Fengchi,Baihui; The third category: Shenmen,Fenglong,Taixi,Sanyinjiao,Neiguan,Renying;Fourth category: other categories(Ganshu,Dazhui,Guanyuan,Sishencong,Xinshu,Xingjian,Xuehai,Yongquan, liver, antihypertensive gou,Shenting,Shenshu,Shousanli,Xin,Yinlingquan);(5)Association rule analysis: the largest first number is 1,Taixi-Quchi,Hegu-Quchi,Fenglong-Quchi,Neiguan-Quchi,Zusanli-Quchi,Fengchi-Quchi,Renying-Quchi,Sanyinjiao-Hegu,Sanyinjiao-Quchi are the most common acupoints matching results. The largest first number of acupoints was 2,and the matching results of the top six acupoints were Taixi-Quchi,Taixi and Sanyinjiao-Quchi,Taixi and Fengchi-Quchi,Taixi and Baihui-Quchi,Taixi and Hegu-Quchi,Taixi and Zusanli-Quchi.Conclusion: From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, the onset of mild to moderate hypertension is inseparable from "wind","fire" and "phlegm",and is closely related to the three major systems of liver, spleen and kidney. Therefore, the treatment focuses on "Taichong" point to suppress liver Yang,"Quchi" point to reduce heat and "Zusanli" point to regulate the spleen and stomach.According to the overall concept, acupoint compatibility pays attention to the communication between the viscera and meridians, and the application of specific acupoints intersection is more extensive. Most acupoints are selected from the distal end of meridians for treatment to strengthen the efficacy. And in the treatment at the same time pay attention to the tune.
