Objective:Shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS)is common after stroke, which has a great impact on both the patient and his family. In this study,a small needle knife combined with kinesio taping treatment was applied to patients with SHS in stage Ⅰ after stroke to observe the efficacy of this method and provide a new diagnosis and treatment idea for the disease. Methods:Patients with post-stroke SHS in stage Ⅰ who were admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of Chengde Central Hospital from October 2019 to July 2020 were collected.A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 30 patients in each group, and all of them signed the informed consent for treatment. The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation, and the treatment group was treated with a small needle knife combined with kinesio taping on its basis, two groups before treatment and 3weeks after treatment respectively by the same name don’t participate in treatment and don’t know the grouping of rehabilitation physicians use numeric rating scale(NRS),upper limb simplified Fugl-Meyer rating scale(FMA),shoulder joint(PROM)and the curative effect of SHS passive mobility evaluation criteria(clinical total effective rate)for rehabilitation evaluation, and carefully sorted out the data obtained, all the collected data were analyzed statistically by using SPSS26.0 after the experiment.Results:1.The comparison of general data between the two groupsNone of the 60 patients with SHS in stage Ⅰ collected had adverse events such as small needle knife intolerance or allergy to the material of the kinesio taping, and the trial was completed. The general information(age, course of disease, gender, type of stroke)of the two groups of patients was not statistically different after comparison(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.The comparison of NRS scores before and after treatment between the two groupsThere were statistically significant differences in NRS scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.001).The decrease of NRS scores in the treatment group was statistically significant compared with that in the control group(P<0.001).The pain relief of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.The comparison of upper limb FMA scores between the two groups before and after treatmentThere were statistically significant differences in upper limb FMA scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.001).The increase of upper limb FMA scores in the treatment group was statistically significant compared with that in the control group(P<0.001).The improvement of upper limb function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.4.The comparison of PROM before and after treatment between the two groupsThere were statistically significant differences in PROM before and after treatment between the two groups(P<0.001),and the increase of PROM in the treatment group was statistically significant different from that in the control group(Forward flexion: P<0.001;Abduction: P<0.001;Internal rotation: P<0.001;External rotation: P<0.001).The improvement of shoulder joint mobility in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.5.The comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groupsThe total clinical effective rate of the two groups: control group:66.67%;treatment group: 90.00%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Through research in this project,it is found that small needle knife combined with kinesio taping can relieve the pain of SHS in stage Ⅰ patients after stroke and improve its clinical efficacy.2.This method can improve the motor function of the affected upper limb and the range of motion of the shoulder joint, and provide a new idea for the treatment of SHS.
