| Objective: To observe and analyze the short-term and long-term clinical effect of micro-needle knife therapy in the treatment of non-specific low back pain(nonspecific low back pain,NLBP).Methods: Patients who came to the outpatient department of acupuncture and pulsation pain of Qinghai Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to December 2020 were collected according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for non-specific low back pain patients,followed the voluntary principle,and treated with microneedle knife therapy.1-2 times a week,each time as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses,the curative effect was observed.The patients who completed three courses of treatment were followed up 3 months later,and the visual analogue pain scale score(Visual analogue scale,VAS),lumbar dysfunction index score(Oswestry disability index,ODI)and Quebec low back pain disability score(Quebec Back pain disability scale,QBPDS)were analyzed before and after treatment,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:Former into a total of 60 patients with effective treatment,treatment 1into effective cases,a total of 60 cases,2 treatment into effective cases,a total of 55 cases,treatment 3 into the effective cases in 44 cases,follow-up into effective cases was 40 cases,the data processing VAS score differences statistically significant(P <0.01),suggesting the micro needle knife therapy Jin Yuan Qi analgesic effect is clear;After data processing,the difference in ODI score QBPDS score was not statistically significant(P>0.05),suggesting that the improvement degree of microacupotomology therapy for lumbar functional disability is not clear,which may be related to a variety of factors.Conclusion: Micro-needle knife is effective in the treatment of non-specific low back pain,and the long-term analgesic effect is stable,but the effect on the improvement of lumbar function is not clear,so it has a certain clinical value. |
