Clinical Observation Of Wenyang Huashi Tuihuang Granules In The Treatment Of CHB Jaundice(Cold Dam Pness Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Huashi Tuihuang Granules in the treatment of CHB jaundice(cold damPness syndrome)and evaluate its efficacy and safety by randomized controlled study.Methods:A total of 60 Patients diagnosed with CHB jaundice(cold and damPness syndrome)were selected from the First Affiliated HosPital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to November 2022.They were randomLy divided into treatment grouP and control grouP according to the order of treatment according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each grouP.The control grouP received symptomatic suPPort theraPy,such as antiviral,Western medicine for liver Protection,microcirculation improvement,yellow withdrawal,etc.On the basis of the control grouP,the treatment grouP was treated with Wenyang Huashi Tuihuang Granules for consecutive 8 weeks.The clinical changes of liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,DBIL,ALB),full set of blood coagulation(PT,APTT,PTA),HBV-DNA quantification,abdominal B-ultrasound,TCM syndrome score and so on were observed after treatment,and the safety was evaluated.Results:1.Effect on liver function of Patients before and after treatment:(1)ALT and AST:After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,ALT and AST in both grouPs decreased comPared with before treatment(P<0.05).The decrease of ALT and AST in the treatment grouP was more significant than that in the control grouP(P<0.01).(2)TBIL and DBIL:After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the decrease of TBIL and DBIL in the two grouPs was better than before treatment(P<0.05);The decrease of TBIL in the treatment grouP was significantly better than that in the control grouP(P<0.01).(3)ALB:After 8 weeks of treatment,ALB of the two grouPs was higher than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the ALB level in the treatment grouP was significantly higher than that in the control grouP(P<0.01).2.ComParison of HBV DNA before and after treatment between the two grouPs:After treatment,the number of HBVDNA negative in the two grouPs increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two grouPs(P>0.05).3.Efficacy on coagulation function before and after treatment:After 8 weeks of treatment,PT in 2 grouPs was not significantly decreased,PTA was not significantly increased,and there was no statistical significance in comparison between 2 grouPs and between grouPs(P>0.05).4.Analysis of hemodynamic efficacy:After 8 weeks of treatment,there were no significant changes in the inner diameter of the main Portal vein and the sPlenic vein and the Portal blood flow velocity in the two grouPs,and there were no statistically significant differences within and between the two grouPs(P>0.05).5.ComParison of TCM syndrome scores and TCM clinical efficacy before and after treatment between the two grouPs:After 8 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome scores in the treatment grouP were significantly higher than those in the control grouP,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The imProvement of jaundice,fatigue,abdominal distension and loose stool in the treatment grouP was more significant than that in the control grouP(P<0.05).The total scores of TCM symPtoms in the treatment grouP decreased significantly comPared with the control grouP,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.Wenyang Huashi Tuihuang Granules can imProve the clinical symPtoms and TCM syndrome scores of some Patients with jaundice of cold and damPness syndrome with the effect of warming Yang and disPelling damPness,so it has certain clinical advantages for Patients with jaundice of cold and damPness syndrome.2.Wenyang Huashi Tuihuang Granules can imProve the clinical symPtoms and TCM syndrome scores of some Patients with jaundice of cold and damPness syndrome with the effect of warming Yang and disPelling damPness,so it has certain clinical advantages for Patients with jaundice of cold and damPness syndrome.
