Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Modified Wenjing Decoction on patients with ovarian endometrial cyst after laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal,in order to explore the clinical effect of Modified Wenjing Decoction on preventing recurrence of ovarian endometrial cyst after minimally invasive surgery. Methods: A total of 66 patients with ovarian endometrial cyst after minimally invasive surgery who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Gynecology of Shandong Provincial Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022.All patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method1:1,namely the control group and the test group, with 33 patients in each group after minimally invasive surgery. Both groups of patients underwent laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the Department of Gynecology of Shandong Provincial Hospital, while the control group received routine treatment after surgery. On the first day of menstruation after minimally invasive surgery,3.75 mg leuprorelin acetate was injected subcutaneously, and then once every four weeks,a total of three times;Based on the conventional treatment of the control group, the test group began to take modified Wenjing decoction after admission. One menstrual cycles was one course of treatment, and three courses of treatment were taken continuously; Both groups of patients were followed up once every 4 menstrual cycles. The VAS score of dysmenorrhea,CA125 level,TCM syndrome score, recurrence and other therapeutic indicators were recorded and statistically analyzed.result:1.VAS score of dysmenorrhea: before treatment, there were 1 patient with mild dysmenorrhea in the control group,12 patients with moderate dysmenorrhea,7 patients with severe dysmenorrhea,0 patients with mild dysmenorrhea in the test group,13 patients with moderate dysmenorrhea, and 17 patients with severe dysmenorrhea. After test, the two groups were comparable; After treatment, the VAS scores of dysmenorrhea between the two groups were significantly different(P <0.05);4 menstrual cycles after operation, the total effective rate of VAS score of dysmenorrhea in the test group has reached100%,while the total effective rate of the control group is 83.33%;8menstrual cycles after operation, there were 11 patients in the test group who had recovered from dysmenorrhea by VAS score, and the remaining 19 patients were significantly effective.2.Comparison of CA125 level: before treatment, the average CA125 level in the control group was 64.78 ± 36.917 U /ml,and the average CA125 level in the test group was 62.74 ± 32.495 U /ml.After test, there was no significant difference in CA125 between the two groups(P >0.05),which was comparable; After treatment, there was significant statistical difference in CA125 level between the two groups at 4 menstrual cycles,8 menstrual cycles and 12 menstrual cycles after operation(P <0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: before treatment, the average TCM syndrome score of patients in the control group was 40.67 ± 11.096,and the average TCM syndrome score of patients in the test group was 41.33 ± 9.575.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After treatment, the TCM syndrome score of patients in the control group decreased to 17.73 ± 9.752,and the TCM syndrome score of patients in the test group decreased to 11.27 ± 5.570.After test, there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05);After treatment, the total effective rate of patients in the control group was 83.33%;The total effective rate of patients in the test group was 96.67%.4.Comparison of recurrence rate: 4 menstrual cycles after operation, there were no recurrence cases in both groups;8 menstrual cycles after the operation, the re-examination found that there were 3 cases of recurrence in the control group, the recurrence rate was 10.00%,and there was no recurrence in the test group;12 menstrual cycles after the operation, the control group had a cumulative recurrence of 6 cases, with a cumulative recurrence rate of20.00%,while the test group had only 1 case of recurrence, with a cumulative recurrence rate of 3.33%.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion: Modified Wenjing Decoction has a definite clinical effect in preventing the recurrence of ovarian endometrial cyst after minimally invasive surgery. It has obvious effect in alleviating chronic pelvic pain, reducing the level of CA125,improving the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, and reducing adverse reactions, and has good safety, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
