Self-made Wenjing Huoluo Decoction Combined With Acupuncture Therapy Clinical Observation Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of oral administration of warming meridians and activating collaterals combined with acupuncture on polycystic ovary syndrome(kidney deficiency and blood stasis).To further deepen the understanding of polycystic ovary syndrome,broaden the thought and method of treatment and improve the curative effect.Method: From December 2016 to February 2018,the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)in the Department of gynaecology of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and 72 women who were able to be observed according to the requirements were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,72 cases were divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine decoction of warming meridians and activating collaterals,one dose per day,and divided into two groups.The control group was given the self warming Decoction of warming meridians and activating collaterals.The medication lasted 21 days as a course of treatment,and the clinical effect was observed after three courses of treatment.Other drugs were stopped during the treatment.The improvement of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were observed and statistically analyzed.Result: After the treatment in the treatment group and the control group with 36 cases of polycystic patients were treated for 3 months after: 5 cases were cured,18 cases markedly effective,11 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 94.4%,control group: 2 cases were cured,8 cases markedly effective 19 cases,invalid 7 cases and the total effective rate was 80.6%,compared with two groups of comprehensive efficacy,there are significant differences.Conclusion: After 3 months of systematic treatment for two groups of PCOS,the results of the treatment group were 11 effective,18,5,94.4%,19 effective,8 patients developed,2healed,80.6% total effective,compared to the two group of patients and the group.The comprehensive effect is distinctly different.
