| Objective: By comparing the observation of Huayu Xiaozheng prescription combined with Gn Rh-alpha(goserelin)in preventing recurrence rate,TCM syndrome improvement rate,the change of dysmenorrhea integral and improving pregnancy outcoms after laparoscopic Ovarian endometriosis cyst removal,and to study Huayu Xiaozheng prescription advantages in preventing recurrence,to explore triditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat the post-operation relapse of Ovarian endometriosis cyst mechanism and advantage.Methods: A total of 66 patients who had been laparoscopic ovarian cholocate cyst removal in the second affoliated hospital of Hunan university of Chinese medicine were selected from January 2018 to September 2019.They were randomly devide in to control group(goserelin)and treatment group(Huayu Xiaozheng prescription+goserelin)according to the hospital number.Each group with 33 cases and follow-up of 7 months,finally complete the follow-up of 60 cases.Postoperative recurrence rate,TCM syndrome improvement rate,changes in dysmenorrhea score,changes in AMH and CA-125 valus,Perimenopausal symptoms score and pregnancy status of the two groups patients were compared.Adverse reactions were recorded during this period.Results:(1)AMH: the AMH values of the two groups were compared before operation and 2 months after discontinuation,with no significant difference(P>0.05),The AMH values were compared with each other 4 months after drug withdrawal,the difference was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05),the postoperative AMH value decreased to different degrees,indicating that the ovarian function was impaired after the operation.There was no significant difference between the AMH value in the treatment group and that before the operation 4 months after the withdrawal of the drug,indicating that the syndrome of removing blood stasis could significantly improve the ovarian function.(2)CA-125: compared with the preoperative level in the control group and the treatment group at the 2nd and 4th month after drug withdrawal,CA-125 showed a gradual decline with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that both groups had certain efficacy in treating ovarian endometriosis cysts.(3)TCM syndrome integral: there was no significant difference in preoperative TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score after 2 months of with drawal(P>0.05).After the withdrawal of the drug for 4 months,the difference was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score in the treatment group gradually decreased,which was more obvious than that in the control group.(4)Changes in dysmenorrhea score:compared with the preoperative score in the control group and the treatment group at the 2nd and 4th month after drug withdrawal,the dysmenorrhea score in the control group and the treatment group showed a gradually decreasing trend,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could effectively improve dysmenorrhea symptoms.(5)Recurrence rate:the recurrence rate of the treatment group at the 2nd and 4th month after drug withdrawal was significantly lower than that of the control group at the same period,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the prescription for removing blood stasis syndrome could effectively prevent the recurrence of ovarian endometriosis cysts after removal surgery.(6)Ditribution of premenopausal symptom score: with the extension of time,the proportion valus of patients with mild perimenopenopausal symptoms in the two groups gradually decreased.The increase of the control group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)Pregnancy rate: the pregnancy rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(8)Adverse reactions: the adverse reactions in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Laparoscopic ovarian endometriosis cyst may recur after removal,subcutaneous injection of goserelin acetate sustained-released implant and oral Huayu Xiaozheng prescription can be suppresssed after operation,and Huayu Xiaozheng prescription can improves the ovarian endometrine function which damaged in surgery,relieve perimenopusal symptoms caused by injecting goserelin,improving pregnancy outcoms,and no adverse reactions and side effects during observation.This shows that Huayu Xiaozheng prescription could inhibit recurrence after operation,it shows the characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine compound effect,worth clinical promotion. |
