Clinical Efficacy Of Wenjing Decoction Combined With Fire Needle In Treating Female Acne Of Deficiency Cold Of Chong And Ren Meridians

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenjing Decoction combined with fire needle in the treatment of acne of female Chong and Ren deficiency cold type,and to explore its mechanism of action,so as to provide a safe,reliable and acceptable treatment plan for acne patients.Methods: Sixty-four patients who met the inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(32 cases)and the control group(32 cases).The treatment group was treated with modified Wenjing decoction combined with fire needle acupuncture,and the control group was treated with Fuzi Lizhong Wan.Both groups were treated with fusidic acid cream for external use,2 weeks as a course of treatment,3 courses of treatment,a total of 6 weeks of treatment.The improvement of acne comprehensive grading system(GAGS)score,TCM syndrome score and acne specific quality of life score were observed.Finally,the relevant data observed and recorded were statistically analyzed to draw conclusions.Results: 1.Efficacy analysis: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%,and the recovery rate was 71.0%.The total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,and the recovery rate was 38.7%.After statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.GAGS score improvement: The GAGS scores of the treatment group and the control group at 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the differences within the group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each course of treatment in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Improvement of TCM syndrome score:After 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment,P<0.05.After 2 weeks of treatment in the control group,the scores of TCM syndromes in the group were not statistically different from those before treatment(P>0.05).But there was statistical difference in the group after 4 weeks and6 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and the data differences between two groups after 4 weeks and 6 weeks were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Acne-specific quality of life score improvement: The treatment group and the control group were compared within the group before and after treatment,and the rank sum test results were P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Comparing the scores of the two groups after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5.Adverse reactions and safety:The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 6.45%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 3.22%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no obvious abnormalities in vital signs,hematuria routine,liver and kidney function and other indicators in the two groups.Conclusion: Wenjing decoction combined with fire needle in the treatment of female chong and ren maridians deficiency cold acne curative effect,can effectively improve the patient’s skin lesions and TCM syndrome,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients,less side effects,worthy of clinical use.
