The Effect Of Guanxin Tongmai Capsule On Tumor Necrosis Factor-α And Hcy In Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris (deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin And Heart Blood Stasis)

Objective:To observe the efficacy and clinical application of Guanxin Tongmai Capsule combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris and qi-yin deficiency and heart-blood stasis syndrome,as well as IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-α and The influence of Hcy.Methods:60 patients who were diagnosed with stable angina pectoris and had syndromes of both qi and yin deficiency and heart and blood stasis were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group,all using conventional Western medicine regimens.Based on this scheme,the treatment group used Guanxin Tongmai Capsule and the control group used Yixinshu Capsule.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,angina pectoris,electrocardiogram efficacy and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed.The efficacy of TCM syndromes,and the changes of IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-α and Hcy.Results:1.To improve the patient’s electrocardiogram:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.3%,and that of the control group was 63.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.In terms of improving patients’ angina:the total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.7%,and that in the control group was 66.7%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);3.To improve the reduction of nitroglycerin in patients:the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.0%,and that in the control group was 76.7%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);4.To improve the TCM syndromes of patients:the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.0%,and that in the control group was 73.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.To improve patients’ serum TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP and Hcy levels:after treatment,the serum TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP and Hcy levels of both groups of patients decreased,and within the two groups The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP,and Hcy were compared between the two groups.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);6.Safety:There were no significant changes in blood routine,electrolyte and liver and kidney function test results of the two groups before and after treatment,and there were no adverse reactions.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),so both drugs have good safety.Conclusion:Guanxin Tongmai Capsule has a significant clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris and deficiency of heart and blood stasis syndrome,and can significantly improve serum TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP and Hcy levels.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
