Clinical Study On Treatment Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type With Zishui Hanmu Method And Diane-35

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of consistent decoction plus subtraction combined with Diane-35 on polycystic ovary syndrome of liver-kidney yin deficiency type based on the method of nourishing water and containing wood.Methods: A total of 70 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of yin deficiency of the liver and kidney were observed,and 70 patients were randomly divided into test and control groups.The test group received traditional Chinese medicine decoction plus or minus dane-35 orally,whereas the control group received only dane-35 orally.Take January as a course of treatment,stop taking Chinese medicine during menstruation,and carry out three courses of treatment for both groups.Observe the changes of TCM syndrome score,follicle stimulating hormone level(FSH),luteinizing hormone level(LH),androgen level(T),LH /FSH ratio,small follicle count,average ovarian volume and menstrual status before and after treatment in the two groups,and make statistical analysis.Results: Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome score,FSH,LH,T,LH/FSH ratio,small follicle count,or average ovarian volume(P>0.05).Following treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group’s comprehensive efficacy was 97%,higher than the control group’s 94%,indicating that the treatment group’s comprehensive efficacy was higher than the control group’s.The combination of consistent decoction plus or minus Diane-35 can better improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with delayed menstrual cycle,hirsutism,acne,and disorder of female hormone levels.The TCM syndrome score in the test group was significantly lower after treatment than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in both the test and control groups had significantly lower hormone levels than before(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of sinus follicles and average ovary volume in the test group were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).It demonstrates that combining traditional decoction with Diane-35 can effectively improve ovulation function in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome,and that the effect is superior to Diane-35 alone.After the treatment,the patients in the test group and the control group were followed up for 3 months to inquire about their menstrual cycle,menstrual period,menstrual quality,menstrual color,whether their hands and feet are hot and acne is hairy.The results showed that the test group’s recurrence rate was much lower than the control group’s,with 2 in the test group and 7 in the control group,indicating that the combination of consistent decoction and reduction with dane-35 could improve the recurrence of polycystic ovary syndrome.Conclusion: The combination of consistent decoction plus subtraction and Diane-35 can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney,help to regulate the disorder of endocrine level of patients,help to restore the function of ovarian ovulation,and reduce the recurrence rate.The combination of nourishing water and containing wood and Diane-35 is an effective treatment plan for the disease.
