Background:Diabetes mellitus (diabetes mellitus, DM) is a group of genetic factors and environmental factors induced metabolic disease, diabetic peripheral neuropathy (diabetes neuropathy) is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes mellitus, serious influence patient’s quality of life. The disease onset occult, progress is slow, etiology and pathogenesis is not clear, very difficult to treat, so far there is no safe and effective treatment method. Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the improvement of clinical symptoms, improve quality of life and other advantages. Therefore, Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with respect to the role, with a view to diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated with traditional Chinese medicine to provide the related basis.Objectives:Based on clinical symptoms, objective indexes before and after treatment of EMG in contrast, Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical efficacy, clinical diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated with traditional Chinese medicine to provide the related basis.Methods:Selection of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis in40cases, divided into a control group of20cases,20cases of test group. The two groups were routinely antidiabetic, antihypertensive, lipid lowering and other basic treatment, make blood sugar, blood pressure, lipids get ideal control. The control group using pancreatic kininogenase orally3times7day,1tablets/time combined with Mecobalamin (on)3times/day,1tablets/treatment; the experimental group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction for treatment, agent1/day, sooner or later the once.2groups of the period of treatment was2months, and2months later was assessed in two groups of patients in clinical symptoms, signs and electromyography of objective index differences.Results:1by using the SPSS15.0statistical software to analyze. Two groups of patients in general (sex, age) showed no significant difference, with comparable.2in two groups after the treatment the symptom score with the group before treatment were obviously improved (P<0.05), and the experimental group improved degree is better than that of control group (P<0.05);3electromyographic examination revealed two groups after treatment in sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity were increased ((P<0.05)), and the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);4test groups of the total efficiency of85%for the control group, the total effective rate was55%, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05);Conclusion:Diabetic peripheral neuropathy I basic pathogenesis for yin deficiency blood stasis two, it runs through the whole process of pathogenesis. Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Tang Zhen on diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qi deficiency and blood stasis, by supplementing qi and activating blood circulation, and camp Tongbi, improve local blood circulation, thus improving patient numbness, pain and other clinical symptoms and improve the nerve conduction velocity.2effective in controlling blood glucose, vegetative nervous and other basic treatment, for diabetic peripheral neuropathy pathogenesis and patients’symptoms with Chinese medicine and treatment, can significantly improve the diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients’quality of life.
