| Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yangxinshi tablet combined with Baduanjin on patients with angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis)after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(PCI).Methods: This study is a randomized,controlled trial.The patients are from the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and meet the inclusion criteria.They are divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups are given secondary prevention and routine treatment of coronary heart disease.The treatment group is added with Yangxinshi tablet and performed Baduanjin exercise on this basis.The observation period is 12 weeks,Record and analyze various clinical indicators and safety indicators(TCM syndrome score,angina clinical score,SF-36 brief health status scale and six-minute walking test distance)of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results: There are cases of dropout and exclusion in this study.In the control group,2 cases were dropped out due to loss of follow-up,1 case was removed due to other serious diseases,and 2 cases were removed because they could not adhere to the prescribed treatment plan;In the treatment group,1 case was removed from the study due to loss of visit,and 2 cases were removed because they could not adhere to the prescribed treatment plan.Finally,37 patients were included in the treatment group and 35 in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in general information such as gender,age and baseline observation data,which was comparable.After treatment:(1)Analysis of TCM syndrome integral: The differences between the treatment group and the control group in chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,sleeplessness,and fatigue are statistically significant(P <0.05),and the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.In terms of palpitations,the differences between the two groups are not statistically significant(P >0.05).The overall effective rate of the treatment group is 89.19%,and that of the control group is 54.30%.There is a difference in the clinical efficacy of TCM symptoms between the two groups,and the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P <0.05).(2)Analysis of clinical score of angina pectoris: The score of angina pectoris in both groups decrease after treatment,with statistical significance(P <0.05);The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the treatment group was 89.19%,and that in the control group was 71.43%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)SF-36 Concise Health Status Scale: After treatment,the scores of SF-36 scale in the two groups were improved in all dimensions,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);The treatment group was superior to the control group in BP,GH,VT and RE,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in PF,RP,SF and MH(P >0.05).(4)Six minute walking test: The 6MWT distance of patients in the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6MWT distance in the control group was(469.29±38.39)m,and the 6MWT distance in the treatment group was(488.51±35.16)m,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).No adverse events occurred during the treatment.Conclusion: The research results show that the treatment of angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)after PCI with traditional Chinese medicine combined with Yangxin tablet and Baduanjin on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment can better improve the patient’s TCM syndrome and clinical symptoms of angina pectoris,improve the patient’s quality of life and exercise tolerance,without obvious adverse effects,which can be used for clinical reference. |
