| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction combined with Taoren Honghua Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris after coronary artery PCI(phlegm and blood stasis),and to provide new ideas for the treatment of stable angina pectoris after coronary artery PCI with Chinese medicine.Methods:60 patients with stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis)after PCI were selected.60 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received standard Western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Xiaoxianxiong Decoction combined with Taoren Honghua Decoction on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.After 4 weeks of continuous standardized medication,angina pectoris symptom score,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,Seattle angina questionnaire score,and nitroglycerin discontinuation were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results:(1)General data: There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,number of stents implanted,combined diseases,and general statistics of angina classification(P>0.05),which were comparable.(2)Efficacy of angina pectoris score: after treatment,the angina pectoris score of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the efficacy rate of angina pectoris,86.21% in the experimental group and 70% in the control group(P<0.05),the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.(3)Efficacy of TCM symptom score: The TCM symptom score of both groups was significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Regarding the efficiency of TCM treatment,the treatment group was93.1% and the control group was 73.33%(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group.(4)Seattle angina questionnaire score: After treatment,the degree of limitation of physical activity(PL),angina stable state(AS),angina attack(AF),treatment satisfaction(TS),and disease awareness(DS)scores were significantly higher in both groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).When compared between the two groups after treatment,the experimental group was more effective than the control group in improving PL,AF,AS,and TS scores(P<0.05),while the difference in improving DS scores was not significant compared with the control group(P>0.05).(5)The rate of nitroglycerin reduction was89.66% in the experimental group and 76.67% in the control group,and the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with conventional Western medical treatment,the addition of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction combined with Taoren Honghua Decoction to conventional Western medical treatment can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris after PCI,reduce the use of nitroglycerin and improve their quality of life.Xiaoxianxiong Decoction combined with Taoren Honghua Decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of stable angina pectoris after PCI(phlegm and blood stasis). |
