| Purpose: Research on the laws of medicine application in Jinan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medication of Functional Abdominal Pain-not Otherwise Specified in children based on Data Mining.Methods: Based on learning from teachers and reading monographs,the teachers’ academic thoughts would be summarized by combining with the current research progress of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in children’s FAP-NOS.Establish database based on cases of treatment of FAP-NOS in order to analyze drug frequency,four qi,five taste,meridian tropism and efficacy.Further,analyze association rules and hierarchical clustering with the help of The R Programming Language.Results: In this study,a total of 326 cases of children with FAP-NOS were screened for diagnosis and treatment.The analysis showed that 326 cases of children with FAP-NOS were mainly distributed in early preschool and school age,and there was no obvious gender tendency.The pattern discrimination of syndrome differentiation mainly include qi stagnation syndrome,syndrome of liver and spleen disharmony,damp-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach,diet stagnation syndrome,spleen deficiency syndrome,syndrome of cold attacking abdomen.Overall medication analysis showed that the commonly used CHMs for Regulating Qi,Restorative CHMs,CHMs for Clearing Interior Heat,CHMs for Relieving Food Retention and CHMs for Removing Dampness were identified.The top 15high-frequency drugs were glycyrrhiza,radices paeoniae alba,tangerine peel,rhizoma corydalis,radices saussureae,fructus seu semen amomi,ted leaven,pinellia ternata breit,hoelen,hawthorn,fructus forsythiae,honeysuckle,rhizoma cyperi,fructus aurantii and endothelium corneum gigeriae galli.Systematic cluster analysis was made on 34 TCM with more than 10% use frequency was carried out,and 5 groups of cluster prescription for the treatment of children’s FAP-NOS,which were:(1)glycyrrhiza,radices paeoniae alba,rhizoma corydalis,radices saussureae,tangerine peel,hawthorn,fructus aurantii,fructus seu semen amomi,rhizoma cyperi,szechwan chinaberry fruit,amomum kravanh,purslane,honeysuckle,endothelium corneum gigeriae galli;ted leaven,fructus hordei germinatus,(2)pinellia ternata breit,semen raphani,bamboo shavings;(3)hoelen,atractylodes macrocephala,yam;(4)cortex magnoliae officinalis,atractylodes sinensis,pogostemon cablin,coptis,radices scutellariae,semen coicis.(5)fructus forsythiae,dandelion,radix bupleuri,fritillaria thunbergii miq,spica prunellae,concha ostreae.Conclusions: Based on the data mining results,this study summarized the medication rules and academic thoughts of differentiating and treating children’s FAP-NOS in the pediatrics department of Jinan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The main conclusions are as follows: 1.Identifying the treatment of children’s FAP-NOS dispensing prescription is good at using CHMs for Regulating Qi to transfer qi machine lifting axis;CHMs for Removing Dampness transporting the machine;Restorative CHMs tonifying spleen and stomach;CHMs for Relieving Food Retention to eliminate accumulation to health spleen and stomach;CHMs for Clearing Interior Heat to relieve heat and prevent disease potential change.2.The treatment of children’s FAP-NOS can be summarized as:soothing the liver and relieving depression,promoting qi and dispersing stasis;regulating the function of the liver and spleen,smooth qi machine;clearing away heat and dampness,healthy spleen and stomach;promoting digestion and purgation,regulating qi and stomach;Invigorating the spleen and qi,regulating qi and relieving pain;warming the middle to disperse cold,regulating qi to relieve pain.3.The academic thoughts of children with syndrome differentiation of FAP-NOS are summarized as follows: think highly of "Qi machine",regulate qi throughout;trace the etiology by syndrome differentiation,attach importance to clearing away heat and removing dampness;emphasize the correlation of zang-fu organs and treat them from the five elements. |
