Effect Of Lidan Decoction On The Function Of Gallbladder After Laparoscopic Cholecystolithotomy

Objective1.To investigate the therapeutic effect of Lidan decoction on gallbladder function and complications of laparoscopic cholecystolithotomy;2.Study on pharmacological mechanism of Lidan decoction in treatment of complications of gallbladder function and postoperative laparoscopiccholecystolithotomy;3.To provide clinical evidence for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in laparoscopic cholecystectomy;MethodsSelected from September 2014 to August 2016,in the Guangzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of elective laparoscopi c cholecystectomy and compliance with the standard group of 60 patients.A ccording to the patients in the group were randomly divided into blank gr oup,control group and treatment group,20 cases in each.The three groups w ere similar in routine treatment,nursing and health guidance,The blank gr oup was not dissolving choleretic drugs;the control group after the first day to the Warsaw Lidan tablets,2 tablets each time,3 times a day,taking 6 consecutive months;first day of the treatment group were treated with Lidan Decoction orally,oral sooner or later each time,taking 6 consecutiv e months.The general situation of the three groups of patients were obser ved,and the difference of gallbladder wall thickness,gallbladder contract ion rate,recurrence rate and postoperative complications of the patients in the three groups were detected in the 6 months after operation.Review of blood,urine,stool routine,heart,liver,kidney function test,as a drug c linical safety evaluation index,and the data before and after treatment w ere statistically analyzed,so as to make clinical efficacy and safety eva luation.Results1.In the 6 months after operation,the thickness of gallbladder wall in the three groups was significantly lower than that before and after the operation at the end of the 6 month,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group and the treatment group were lower than the blank group,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In the 6 months after operation,the rate of gallbladder contraction in the control group and the treatment group was higher than that in the blank group,and the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After 6 months,the incidence of diarrhea in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group and the blank group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of anorexia,treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,but the difference between the control group and the treatment group had no statistical significance(P>0.05);There was no significant difference between the three groups in abdominal distension and abdominal pain(P>0.05).4.There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate of the three groups(P<0.05).5.Three groups before and after treatment,the safety index was no exception.ConclusionLidan decoction has a good regulating effect on the function of gallbladder laparoscopic cholecystolithotomy,in improving the gallbladder contraction function,reduce the thickness of gallbladder,reduce the incidence of diarrhea complication,better than Warsaw Lidan tablets,improve anorexia and Warsaw the same effect of Lidan tablets.However,there was no significant effect on abdominal distension,abdominal pain and recurrence rate in 6 months after operation.Lidan decoction is safe and effective in clinical practice.
